We are all about variety here on Rock My Wedding and after the soft and pretty dreamy affair earlier in the week we’ve got Hannah and JP’s full on sumptuous statement of a Big Day.
Think hot pinks, deep scarlet, glimmering golds and one of the most stunning bridal gowns I have EVER seen in my entire life.

Picture Perfect
I got a few pictures together of really simple up do’s and sent them over to a hairdresser who had done my sister in laws at her wedding five years previous. He did the most amazing job in literally two minutes and I loved it! – And it stayed put all day !
I am lucky that I have access to the most amazing beauty products in the world everyday so I was able to do my make up myself. My Armani radiance face fabric gave me a glow that last all day, I didn’t have to touch it up at all !
The One
My dress was by Amy Michelson at Blackburn Bridal in Blackheath, I realised it was the one when I walked out the changing room and mum said ‘that’s the one’ and got all emotional !
Choosing Choo’s
I bought a beautiful pair of gold strappy jimmy choos which had a four inch heels !
Diamonds And Crystals
I wore my late grandmother’s engagement ring which I borrowed off my mum, diamond studs that all my sisters and parents bought me for my birthday and a diamond bracelet which was a present from John on the morning of the wedding – complete surprise !
I also bought a plain long veil with tiny Swarovski crystals from Blackburn Bridal which my dress fitter made to go just past the length of the dress and I bought a gold Swarovski and pearl hair clip from Basia Zarzycka.
In The Navy
John and his groomsmen are all in the royal navy so they all wore uniform, John wore his uniform with his sword which looked so smart, as soon as I saw him there smiling I just relaxed and couldn’t wait to marry him!
Little People
The little page boys outfits were from Marks & Spencer and the girls dresses were from Monsoon.
Erm Hello?
