Wedding and engagement rings are life long purchases. They will become your most worn possession. Hopefully, you will look at your wedding ring everyday and it will make you smile. A symbol of your union and your commitment to each other – but also very pretty and sparkly. Diamonds are a girls best friend after all.
The thing is that when it comes to investing in jewellery as special as your wedding and engagement rings, most of us don’t have the first clue where to start.
Different densities of metal, precious stones, carats, cuts…I didn’t even know that you should match the metal of your engagement ring to your wedding ring if you want to wear them together!!
Well never fear, as this evening we’ve got Mark Johnson, the founder of Isle of Wight based company Serendipity Diamonds to help you. He is waiting at his computer ready to answer any questions you have about finding the wedding rings of your dreams.
Anything wedding ring and jewellery related Mark can help – please fire away with anything you’ve always wanted to know, but never had the opportunity to ask.

Baiba is senior travel consultant and honeymoon expert at Mr & Mrs Smith so she certainly knows her stuff.
No question is too tricky so put your holiday thinking hats on!
Mr & Mrs Smith began as a boutique hotel guidebook publisher in 2003 and is now an online booking service with an eye for hip honeymoons and a curated collection of more than 900 romantic hotels around the world. I found my most favourite hotel in the whole of the universe via Mr & Mrs Smith, Chateau Les Merles in the Dordogne and have always found their service and communication better than anyone else I have ever used in terms of booking getaway accommodation.
Many of you will no doubt be considering your honeymoon destinations right about now (or perhaps just a lovely relaxing break away at some point soon – I know I am!) and to help you with your decision making process we’ve got Mr and Mrs Smith Travel consultant Susannah Garcia who has three years of expertise, to share her top three itineraries for newlyweds.
Susannah will be on-line this morning and over lunchtime to answer any questions you may have regarding planning your trip of a lifetime, and that’s any questions folks, so make the most of the opportunity and get asking the expert!
This morning we’ve got the founders of Prezola, your one-stop shop for your wedding gift list (they handle all kinds of sexy household items as well as cash contributions and even charity donations) on hand to answer any of your questions regarding exactly that – the gift list.

Hello Everyone… We hope you like our latest feature RMTV…
We’ll be bringing you loads more tutorials, how to features and other pieces of inspiration-in-motion really soon.
If you read our vlogging post earlier this week then you’ll already know that I’m an interior infatuated, art loving, frustrated florist. You’ll also be aware that I’m obsessed with all things paper. Be it a gorgeous print, exquisite handwritten type or the sweetest suite of personalised stationery you can guarantee that I’ll be hooked or it will be pinned to within an inch of its life on my Pinterest boards. (Incidentally you can follow me here if you’re interested in seeing what’s caught my eye this week.)
Ever since I first entered the wedding world (some time ago now folks) I’ve adored, lusted after and admired in equal parts the work of Abigail Warner.
To say she’s a perfect paper genius would be an understatement.
Abbey is the woman (actual guru!) behind the luxury paper goods company Abigail Warner creating beautiful designs for weddings, businesses and paper obssessed folk such as myself.
From designing and selling greetings cards in illustrious boutiques such as Selfridges and Paperchase the world over, to her latest venture – an interiors project with fashion and textile designer, Pearl Lowe – Abbey continues to push the boundaries of the stationery world.
And so today lovelies, we have a real treat for you; we’ve managed to persuade the lovely Abbey to down tools for a few wee hours to answer all of your stationery conundrums and perhaps suggest some solutions to your paper related woes.
Perhaps you’re having difficulty with a certain turn of phrase within your invites or you need some guidance about how to start the process of commissioning a bespoke stationery suite.… View the full post.
Morning you gorgeous lot you…today as you are reading this I shall be on my way to the wedding “weekend” of some of our very good friends Lisa and Will. I am so excited I haven’t been able to sleep for a week….and the event is truly turning into a genuine a right old “Rock My Wedding” affair with RMW sponsors Anna Clarke and Simon Clarke capturing everything on camera and film, Mr O’Shea donning his fancy usher suit and our very own Adam Crohill second shooting…….Yours truly is even assisting with the blooms.
I’ll be posting a few sneak peeks on instagram (Charlotte O’Shea) if you want to keep updated!
Now then, just as I can remember from my own experience the amount of time and effort it takes to plan a big day (yes even a relatively small, intimate affair like my own) I have been very recently reminded having been involved in only a teeny tiny part of Lisa’s decor and logistical dilemmas.
As a result I thought it would be a good idea to perhaps incorporate some general wedding planning advice and tips in our Ask The Experts column courtesy of luxury event organisers Hawke and Hughes.
Launched in early 2012 by , luxury wedding & event design company Hawke & Hughes creates beautiful, bespoke and elegant weddings throughout the UK taking inspiration for its event design from the world of high-end fashion bringing a distinctive, cutting-edge look to every occasion.
