It’s the final installment, and I’ll be so sad to see this wedding go. But I’ve saved some favourites of mine for last…
The Portrait shots of Laine and Danny are amongst the most lovely I have seen and I am so super jealous of those lanterns. A perfect wedding indeed.
Super Shooting the day
I met my amazing photographers Jo and Simon from Shoot Lifestyle Photography through work. I work at Chatsworth House in Derbyshire and Jo and Simon photograph a lot of the weddings that take place at Chatsworth.
I fell in love with them instantly, Shoot’s pictures are simply beautiful and they are just the best people to be with you on your wedding day. Everything is just so relaxed and natural and it definitely shows in our pictures.
They completely captured all the love on our wedding day, with images I will be able to treasure forever!
Love in a Mist Decor
Our venue was decorated by Lucy from Love in a Mist. Lucy made our venue look amazing! We had big Chinese lanterns hanging from the marquee ceiling, fairy lights decorating the garden fences, lanterns twinkling in the trees and a seating plan to die for!
We decided not have favours, I have found with a lot of weddings the favours get left behind at the end of the night so we just decided to make the tables look beautiful without…
Dancing the night away
For our wedding music we filled our iPod with all of our favorite songs. During the meal we played an Ibiza chill out album (the previous week we had been to Ibiza for our Hen and Stag parties, so this brought back lots of fun memories) and then in between the band in the evening we played lots of pop and 80’s music to get people up dancing. We had a band called the Stunt Doubles who preformed in the evening, who were absolutely fab!
We decided not to have a first dance and instead opted for a massive group first dance with all our friends to a Take That classic!
Pearls of Wisdom
Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives; it was made so special by all the people we love around us. We did everything the way we wanted and it all worked perfectly! People told me to enjoy every moment because it goes so fast……it really does!! Enjoy!
I might just cry

This is definitely my most favouritest wedding on RMW yet, not only for the absolutely stunningly wonderfully beautiful details, but for the feelings of pure joy and love that come through the in the pictures. Double whammy!

I can’t help but drool over that dress how did laine stop all the guest’s treading on the train (my dress didnt do too well!) Those lanterns are so pretty I had similar ones in my marquee but they were coloured. I really really love those shoes and the cupcakes look too pretty to eat. One of my favourite weddings xx

I do love that dress. I also like the way they the bottom of the shoes are shown off in the one pose. The details and round lanterns are superb!
Check out that a.mazing shot of Laine busting a move on the dancefloor – and the back of that dress! The portrait shots ARE perfection, but my favourites are the ones where they’ve just got married – have you ever seen a bride and groom look happier?
I think this wedding is a mix of so many styles and that’s why it’s such a hit – you’ve got the vintage edge with the florals, the contemporary edge with the decor and the maids, the all-out glamourama with the dress….but above all the sheer delight on the faces of everyone, in every single picture. Congratulations to Laine and Danny! x
LOVE this, this is what weddings are all about. Am sad that I couldn’t wait to see part 3 and now it’s all over and it’s only 9.30am!
I love the first shot of Laine Showing off her Shoes ! When I went for my first fitting , all I kept doing was pulling up the front of my dress and showing my shoes to the seamstress Hahahaha ! I’ll be doing it on the day too, Can’t wait to show off my Emmy’s !!!! x
Everyone else has already said it, but swooon, swoon, and ser-rrrrrrr-wooooooon! Ian Stuart is not for everyone, I know, but good grief I think this puts paid to any Big-dress-turn-your-nose-uppery nonsense! Exquisite
And let’s not forget the very handsome groom and his boys. A small thing, but Danny, thank you so much for showing my OH that it’s OK – and gorgeous – having a little bit of stubble on W-Day! That’s his usual look but he’s putting pressure on himself to do the ‘done thing’ and have the W-Day close shave. Once again, the RMW philosophy comes to the rescue… Do it your way. Goodbye Razor. This wedding was without doubt one of our all time favorites.
Laine is simply a joy to photograph, utterly beautiful and the least vain girl you could imagine. She has no idea quite how beautiful she is. Her husband Danny is drop dead gorgeous too and A.D.O.R.E.S her. The chemistry between them was tangible and that’s what comes across in the images to me. Love like that is a gift to wedding photgraphers, just pure unadulterated joy & happiness!
Throw in an amazing venue, brilliant guests and a whole load of fabulous details and everything adds up to wedding perfection!
We just feel so pleased to have been a part of it, thank you Laine and Danny for choosing us to document it for you.

The lanterns look amazing, such a simple (and economical touch)! Definitely going to have to archive that idea. She looked stunning, and the portraits really are gorgeous. Some couples look at bit posed, they just look deleriously happy! Xx

You often see couples doing the whole moody look for their wedding photos but it puts me off looking at the photos, your wedding day is meant to be the happiest of your life so I want to see smiles. This couple’s wedding has made me smile, which must be a good thing.
The photography of this wedding is wonderful, it is everything I want my pictures to be and more! I suppose it helps that the bride is stunning and her dress gorgeous!
