Hope And Grace.

*Ace Statement Head Piece To Be Won Alert!*

Oh my how beautiful. That’s what I said when the new business venture of RMW readers and sisters Nina Pepper and Clair Butler fell into my inbox.

Having caught the W-day bug during the planning of their own big days and having experienced difficulty sourcing the perfect bridal accessories, Nina and Clair decided to create their very own one-stop shop for all things lovely – Hope and Grace.

And lordy are their wares pretty. Think stamement headpieces, stylish shrugs and delicate hair adornments all captured in that delicious dreamy way that photographer David Jenkins does best.

Without further ado I will hand you straight over to Nina who will take you through the inspiration behind the collection and a selection of their favourite pieces.

Oh and there is an opportunity for one of you gorgeous lot to win something amazing at the end of this post!

Nina Pepper: The idea for Hope & Grace came about after a seemingly endless search for the right bridal accessories for our own weddings. We both wanted accessories that were a bit more fashion-forward but completely wearable at the same time.

Eventually we spent more time looking for accessories than we had looking for our wedding dresses, so we decided there was a real need for accessories what were beautifully designed and made.

For the last two years we have searched all corners of the globe and have ended up collaborating with and sourcing from some amazing designers including Kate Middleton’s favourite milliner, Vivien Sherrif and Australia’s Peter Lang.

Rather than being led by a particular style or era we wanted our products to be connected by stunning design, quality craftsmanship and the most beautiful materials. Most of all we want our accessories to be loved (and in many cases worn) long after the wedding day.

We are very excited (a little too excited if we are honest!) about our range of accessories. With materials including leather and wire we hope that we have brought something a little different to the world of bridal accessories.

Don’t get us wrong, all of our accessories scream ‘bridal’ with pieces such as beautifully feminine oversized flower headdresses through to stunning 1920’s inspired Swarovski crystal headpieces for brides looking for a bit of Gatsby glamour. We hope we have a little bit of gorgeousness for everyone.

Hello? hands up if you want to wear that Astoria number and a Blossom shrug….me me! and what is it you get to win I hear you whisper (you are whispering because you are breathless from all of the immense eye candy obviously)..well it is one of these over-sized Christie Rose or Fleur numbers worth £165:

There are seven to chose from and they would make a gorgeous addition to your best girls outfit or a fabulous gift for your Mum.

To enter all you need to do is like the Hope and Grace Facebook Page then leave us a comment telling us what is your favourite accessory from Hope and Grace.

Good luck lovelies!

Big Over-Sized Love

When I saw the Valencia Stole, I gasped. I have to have it. Off to smash the piggy bank and find an excuse to buy it.
    Wow

Well there certainly is some lovely stuff on their web-site!!!! I wish I was rich enough to buy some!!!

If I was lucky enough to win I would definatly LOVE to rock the Fleur (ivory) flower on my big day! 25 days to go!!!!

  4. Laura C says:

The valencia stole is uh-mayzing. I want it. I want to snuggle up in it on winter evenings, but yet feel like a vintage vixen on nights out.
My mum would rock that Fleur to the max. She always feels like she has to wear a hat to a wedding, but hates the feel of them so i’ve persuaded her to find something a bit different instead for my big day. This is perfect, x

  5. AJ says:

That blossom shrug actually makes my heart hurt :(

  7. Emma says:

Swoon! I love, love, love the Tatiana headpiece! There is a flower detail on the waist band of my dress and this would be an amazing finishing touch to my outfit.

    Argh! Soooo gorgeous!

This may have come just at the right time, I think I have found my dress and was looking for something large-ish to go with it and I think the ‘Christie Rose’ in antique grey is perfect (yes, I have already been on their website)!! Super excited!! Had to be very restrained not to purchase immediately… T x

  18. PrincessBride says:

These are really different and pretty! Sometimes you just want to be princess, vintage, boho and glamorous bride all at once!! I have a request for Charlotte! I love reading RMW every day and was thinking this afternoon it would be amazing if you do a ‘minimoon fashion’ post for those of us staying in Blighty for our honeymoons but still looking for special sexy honeymoon items to pack for it! You could include some day clothes, pretty undies, cute dresses for dinner! I’d love it anyway! Xxx

  19. Lou says:

OMG I just got bridal trembles in my tummy! I’m adoring the Astoria and also very taken with Fleur – I was thinking of buying an oversized headpiece for my evening reception and was thinking along the lines of disco balls (my best mate thinks I’m bonkers, she’s worried I also want to arrive in a giant egg) but a huge flower would be just dreamy…sigh x

  20. hollypockett says:

Bloody hell. Love these. Would they be too much on the daily commute? Seeing as I’m married already :)

My favourites are between the St Tropez and the Emily, if I really had to choose it would be the Emily as the roses are sooo pretty. I’d love to win one of the fleur headpieces for my Mum to wear, she’s always wanted to lose weight and has decided to do it for my wedding she has worked so hard to lose 4 stone already, I think it would make a fabulous gift for her, she has been so helpful all the way along in the planning, she is such an amazing inspiration to me. Fingers crossed!!

  23. Sinead says:

The Astoria is super gorgeous! So ladylike and would be just perfect for my vintage in the City inspired wedding! Make my day and choose me! Rock my Wedding rocks! xx

  24. I would lovvvvvvve the boocheron veil on the website. That little hint of glamour would really rock with my 1950s Americana-cum-farmyard theme! Plus a headpiece is not in my budget right now :(

    Love you rmw!

  25. Emily says:

I was tempted to say the Emily, for obvious reasons, but it has to be the Tatiana – I have lost count of the times I have googled ‘ivory flower headpiece on headband’ recently! It is absolute perfection – I have very short hair, so need something on an alice band, but everything else I have found have been far to cheap or blingy looking… Fingers crossed!

  26. GeorgieGEM says:

Just love the Astoria, however all of the crystal pieces have a real ‘Lost & Found’ Art Deco feel to them….LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

  27. Sierra Heater says:

I absolutely love the Graceful comb!!

  28. Nicky says:

I love the fleur in ivory. it’s stunning and would look immense after the veil comes off and the dancing starts!
all of the pieces are gorgeous though.

  29. Peridot says:

Okay I can’t like it on Facebook because I am a Facebook denier but in REAL LIFE (okay, may have a teeny tiny problem with Facebook…!) I like very much indeedy. Especially that huge rose/fleur which serendipitously is what I could win (if you wouldn’t mind overlooking the FB thing, hopeful smile)

  30. Michelle says:

My favourite is the Windsor is such a delicate little flower with a pearl in the middle and would look gorgeous with my grandmothers own wedding pearls that I plan to wear. Understated elegance which looks gorgeous with tousled hair but would sit beautifully in an updo also! Swooon :)

  31. Jennifer says:

Wow, what an amazing competition! Many thanks for the opertunity! All Hope and Grace’s shrugs and headwear are just stunning. My favourite piece though is the Astoria headdress – beautiful. I’ve never seen a headpiece like it and I know it will go perfectly with my dress. Hmmm… may have to reconsider my wedding acessories budget though! I can’t even begin to tell you how grateful I’d be if I won, fingers crossed! x

  32. Rebecca says:

Loving the Valencia stole and the Astoria, beautiful, beautiful pieces. Fingers crossed I can get something from them for my wedding! :)

  33. Karissa says:

Oh my god!! The Astoria, I want I want I want (picture that advert with the mum in the supermarket throwing a tantrum to stop her kid throwing one) it’s so beautiful. It’s heftier head band but totally wearable, gorgeous, a real statement piece yet understated at the same time. can I go to work in it too pretty please ;-)

  34. Karissa says:

Mmm my phone appears to have inserted the word heftier for no apparent reason!!

  35. Kat says:

the blossom shrug is my absolute favourite. It’s immense! Thanks Charlotte for sharing (although my wallet is not saying thanks! :) )

  36. Laura J says:

It has to be The Astoria – I am in love!! It is STUNNING!!!!

    V. Art Deco and unique!! It will go so well with my gorgeous stunning engagement ring which over 100 years old which has a unique look also!! I need it in my life!! I will even wear it every day after my wedding…I prooooommmise Mr. C!! Ha.

  38. Amber says:

Wow, the Christie rose in white … so romantic, floaty and country…

So perfect for my Italian farm wedding

    :)

  39. Vix says:

OMG I WANT ONE OF THOSE PLEASE (IM BEGGING YOU – on my hands and knees!!)

The Astoria by Stephanie Browne IS AMAZING!!!

I would wear is over the back of my hair.

    BEAUTIFUL!!!!

  40. Laura says:

Really beautiful pieces : ) The hair accessories are stunning and I love the shrugs. The Minelli shrug in grey is my fave! xx

  41. Nim N says:

I LOVE the valencia stole in antique pink. It’s exactly what I’m looking for to match with my 1940s dress and my November wedding. I’ve looked and re-looked at it on the website – it’s just so amazing! xx

  42. Jane Curtis says:

So hard to choose from such beautiful accessories. Any would light up my wedding outfit but the Valencia stole ‘stole’ my heart. it’s the colour of a smokey whisper.
9 weeks to go to my own special day so hope to be lucky!

  43. Jemima says:

I wish I could wear a head piece but I’ve chosen a one shoulder dress and I think sadly a head piece is overkill with this style. :(

  44. heather says:

For me it would have to be the Tatiana headband – so elegant, yet plenty of bling! But the Christie Rose in petrol would match perfectly with my MOH’s dress!

  45. Rebekka Rickers says:

I love the Christie rose in ivory. would match my dress perfectly!

  46. Laura says:

…………all of these pieces are just beautiful!!

  47. Sarah says:

I love all of these!! However my favourite has to be The Astoria by Stephanie Browne – beautiful, elegant and unique.

  48. Maddie says:

I absolutely LOVE the Tatiana! It’s nice and big but the beautifully shaped gaps in between help to downplay it a little and show off your hair! I would love to wear it with my wedding dress! <3

  49. jocelyn says:

i love love love the ivory fleur! i’m getting married in september, and it would be perfect :)

  50. Alex says:

The Christie Rose in Antique Grey would be perfect to top off my wedding day outfit… as would the Fleur in Ivory – eek I can imagine it now :-) Such pretty pieces!

  51. Kirst says:

Love the Delilah and the Astoria! Drool! X

The St Tropez is gorgeous and exactly the look I am going for!
    xx

  53. Elle S says:

I think I’m in love… with the Astoria by Stephanie Browne! All of these pieces are SERIOUSLY beautiful! How on earth is a girl to choose?

  54. Clair says:

What amazing headpieces, I really am struggling to say which is my favourite! I fell in love at first sight with the Astoria, it’s stunning! But then I saw the Fleur… And the Christie Rose in ‘britannia’…! Not sure whether I’ve seen another designer carrying off quirky with such sophistication. Favourited ready for my civil partnership next April!! :D x

  55. Clare Tetley says:

I absolutely adore the shrugs – especially the Valentino one – perfect for weddings and glitzy dinners after the big day! Cx

  56. Janine says:

Wow! The Windsor piece is just beautiful. In fact, they all are!!

  57. Janine says:

Ooo I didn’t see that I had to say why I like the piece!

Well, my favourite is actually Swan Lake… I said Windsor earlier, but then I looked on your website and it said that Swan Lake is the one I like.

As for why….. Well, dancing has never been my talent. In fact I’ve got like 4 left feet. Heaven knows what I’ll do on my wedding day, but for one day, it would be great to at least pretend I’m a ballerina, even if only in adornment… AND it also ties in with flowers I’m having on my big day!!!

  58. minhee says:

Definately Christie Rose – ivory… Simple is Perfact! I don’t want anything else but thi since I’ve seen it!
