So, I write this sitting in the Champagne bar (simply because I need a seat!) eating a yummy red velvet cupcake from the Hummingbird Bakery… And fresh from the catwalk show!
It was a typically all singing, all dancing glitz and sparkle performance and is a definite highlight of the show for anyone attending… Of course, I had to take a few snaps to tease you all with, but sadly we were told we couldn’t take photos
Would we do that to you? Erm… In a word, No!
So here they are, my favourite from the catwalk
A bit avante garde but the one gown on show from Stewart Parvin was beautiful, in a very couture kind of way. Obviously not for everyone..

Next up was Tia by Benjamin Roberts with ruffles and pleating a plenty… And you know how I love an asymmetric strap detail!

Butter by Nadia showcased some multiway dresses that looked remarkably like the Two Birds range, flattering longer length styles and a huge variety of options to suite every bridesmaids upper body.
And last bit of eye candy for now, check out the Marchesa-like dreamy ruffles on this Justin Alexander creation, who also came up trumps with a wicked shorter style.

Thats it for now, I’ll be doing a focus on my favourite designer later so pop back soon!
Yours Truly,
Rebecca

Rebecca – v important question – do they accept cards at the champagne bar or is cash ‘queen’ for the day?
I love the ruffles I may have to track this dress down before my Mum arrives for Christmas!
