Planning a wedding can be stressful and one of the most important bits of advice (certainly I think it is anyway) is to try to keep your sense of humour. A good old chuckle now and then certainly makes you feel better and has been medically proven to actually have a positive effect on your health. FACT!
One of our very own Rock My Wedding readers Cariad (welsh for “love” don’t you know)…. currently in the throws of planning her own wedding is also a comedian and comedy writer. She has written and appears a new BBC 3 Comedy Online sketch and we thought we would share it with you today…
