So there I was, stalking Big Bouquet’s blog….which I don’t get much time to do these days – blog stalking I mean. And then I saw her – Caroline, one of the most beautiful brides ever, all caramel skin and dark glossy locks.

I knew you gorgeous lot would want to have a good look at her too – and that was before I had even taken much notice of the romantic ruffled gown and colour pop blooms.

Caroline married Gary at East Close Country Hotel in the Spring… there is a whole lot of lovely for you to be inspired by folks.

My shoes were always going to be heels – mine were gold glitter peep toes from Aldo.

Ruffles Of Clouds

My dress designer was Maggie Sottero ( they have the most stunning designs) from the shop Chameleon in Boscombe (they have the most helpful staff!)

I tried about 20 different dresses – all styles and shapes- but none of them seemed to have that ‘kah-bam’ factor ….until I saw ‘THE ONE’’. It was perfectly fitted on the top but had that floating on the clouds feeling at the bottom.

P.S – what sealed it for me was when my mother –in –law cried at one of the fittings!
