Laura & Dan

Bath is such a beautiful place I can totally understand why this gorgeous couple would wanted to marry there. Not just in any location, at the fabulous Assembly Rooms and Roman Baths too. Photographer Steph Newton literally must have thought all her Christmas’s had come at once, capturing the love amongst such historic and beautiful surroundings, and oh my are the pictures dreamy.

A lot of thought and detail went into this contemporary wedding. None more so than the fashion. With the Groomsmen donning sharp navy blue suits and the Bridesmaids in fabulous coral frocks from the high street, But last and no means least Bride Laura who wore a sumptuous Charlie Brear gown adding a touch of glamour to the day. I’d also very much like to steal her earrings and shoes. SO pretty.

From the pastel painted walls of the Assembly Rooms to the aged brick of the nearby buildings and the chalky colours of the raw stone around the roman Baths, every photo is engulfed in colour, history & love. What a day!

Kate & Rob

Kate and Rob along with Olive in Love (who Kate found on our fabulous recommended supplier directory The Love Lust List) have done an amazing job at planning this gorgeous peachy, destination wedding at Villa Catignano. As well as being absolutely breathtaking its location just outside Siena in Italy was the perfect central spot for their 130 guests travelling from 15 different counties.

As you can imagine with family from all over the world, there were lots of different cultures to incorporate into the day. My favourite being the Pacific dance off between families whilst donning DIY flower garlands around their necks. Such fun.

You definitely need to check out Kate’s Terry Fox gown too. The back and spaghetti straps are exquisite. She is undoubtably radiating beauty, and it’s not just down to being a blushing bride…

Francesca & Mark

Our stunning bride Francesca is originally from Sardinia in Italy, where the couple met, so it was only fitting that they got married at the local town hall, followed by an intimate reception on a picturesque hilltop vineyard.

I love that both Italian & English traditions were embraced on their day, giving traditional English rolls to their Italian friends and vice versa. The ceremony was even carried out by their mutual friend who introduced them to one another, which must have been incredibly lovely and personal. I bet there wasn’t a dry eye in the house.

Not only is this destination wedding full of emotion and love, it’s also bursting with inspiration and fabulous florals and frocks. There’s the most stunning array of mis-match coral bridesmaid dresses, a breathtaking Charlie Brear gown and delicate pink & white blooms put together by the bride herself.
