Lydia & Colin

With a venue with an outside space called the ‘Moon Garden’, the fabulous The Lou’s behind the lens and fashion from our very own Look Book members Suzanne Neville and Twobirds bridesmaid you know the wedding is going to be epic.

Drenagh Estate in Northern Ireland most definitely does not disappoint creating many a dreamy backdrop for The Lou’s to work their magic, but it isn’t hard when you have such beautiful subjects. The getting ready portraits of the bridal party alone are full or tears, joy and heart wrenching moments, let alone all the captures of the gorgeous ceremony, blush and gold decor and blooms, and last but no means least the incredibly dreamy portraits of the loved up couple themselves.

Make sure you are sitting comfortably because this wedding is definitely one you’ll want to savour. Enjoy.

Alex & Ian

There is one thing this gorgeous wedding by the sea has, and that’s an abundance of pretty. Whether it be wild country blooms, boho dresses, rustic crates or vintage glamour it all looks amazing, and you’re going to LOVE it.

Lets start with Alex’s Rembo Styling gown. The delicate lace details are exquisite and represent her free spirited nature perfectly. I love the portraits captured by Matt Ethan of her and Ian frolicking in the surf on the beach. Then there’s her gorgeous bridesmaids in pastel pink Phase Eight Dresses. And how can I forget dapper suits tailored by Ian’s father.

Newton Hall in Northumberland really does have it all. Shall we take a look? Best to get those pinning fingers at the ready.

Emily & Jeff

The bank holiday weekend deserves a weekend long wedding, and this relaxed do at Fforest is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

From bride Emily’s infectious smile and kind spirit radiating from each image captured by O&C Photography, to her absolutely stunning bouquet and flower crown.

I literally can’t stop ogling all the blooms and happiness, so I’ve included copious of pictures for you to swoon over too.

Anthony & Nicholas

Oh I do love a man in tweed, so all the better than when there’s not one but two gorgeous grooms dressed head to toe in the classic look.

Anthony and Nicholas said their ‘I Dos’ in the wonderfully atmospheric venue Asylum before transporting their nearest and dearest in a Gold Regal single-decker to a One Friendly Place to party!

There’s so much to love about this winter wedding, be it the cake toppers (so cute!), the delicious cocktails, the bespoke portraits and the super cool table centres, that I’m off to pin everything. All the action was captured by the very lovely and talented Claire Penn, who comes highly recommended by us.

Charlotte & Sam

This colourful and industrial seaside wedding took place at the fabulous East Quay Venue in Whitstable, Kent. With the weather a little moody, and the florals bright and pretty, it created a stunning backdrop for some truly spectacular portraits captured by Ross Hurley of this incredibly cool couple.

Keeping everything relaxed and complimenting East Quay’s decor, they filled it to the brim with antique finds and vintage props all offset with the vibrant blooms spilling out of everything. It really does look incredible.

As does Charlotte in her bespoke cropped lace top & tulle skirt by Vintage Trousseau. She mentions not being able to imagine wearing anything else after trying on the bridal separates, and I have to agree with her. Her bridal look along with the floral headpiece and leather jacket cover up suits her down to the ground. What a bridal beauty, and what a fabulous and fun wedding.

Meg & Chris

I’m not afraid to admit weekend long weddings filled with family and friends are my favourite – so this stunning French Chateau wedding is right up my street. It might sound extravagant, but it’s a once in a lifetime thing and if you’re having a destination wedding, it kind of makes sense to turn it into a mini break, non?! 😉

Meg & Chris wanted to find a French venue that was close to Paris in order to make travelling easier for their guests and when they stumbled across Chateau de Vallery, they were sold. I mean who wouldn’t fall for an exclusive use renaissance manor house complete with indoor and outdoor pool and a Moroccan style riad?! The whole venue just looks incredible…

As does Meg, who is wearing the Olivia gown by Reem Acra. It’s beautiful – the embellished capped sleeves, the bodice detail, the fall of the skirt, the subtle train – it’s a gown we’ve loved (and lots of you have loved) for a long time, since one of our girl crushes, Olivia Wilde, wore it in fact, so it’s lovely to see it once again in the real wedding world!

It’s a celebration filled with good food, good wine, good company and lots of sunshine…enjoy!

Lulu & Ben

This afternoon’s wedding is absolutely stunning. Lulu and Ben said I do against a beautiful woodland backdrop at Cannock Chase no less complete with rustic tipi, croquet and skittles, hay bales and glamping and even fry ups for everyone the morning after the day before. Their ceremony looks like a blast (I need to know more about this jumping over a broomstick tradition) and I’m hiring Super Fresh Power Squad for the next big event I host. They look flipping awesome.

I need to make special mention of Lulu’s couture dress which has the most exquisite neckline and the sweetest blush coloured back floral detail complete with cape, head piece and detachable train. WOW!

Also can we just take a moment to appreciate Ben’s awesome sartorial style; he looks blinking fantastic and the outfit suits the setting wonderfully. I love how his best boys also made a decent effort to get in on the action too!

Francesca & Tony

There is no denying we’re huge fans of The Asylum in London, but what we love most is how each couple put their stamp on the iconic wedding venue.

Francesca & Tony opted for gorgeous jewelled plum & fuchsia pink flowers in gold urns to decorate the chapel and it added to the dramatic setting perfectly. They also chose to have a guitarist sing as Francesca made her grand entrance and once again when they exited as husband and wife. I bet the acoustics were amazing.

This couple and their city wedding are seriously cool and the pictures captured by On Love and Photography will make your spine tingle…..

Henni & Daniel

This mornings wedding is absolutely beautiful. It’s full of sentiment, personal touches and an abundance of DIY!
And what could be more personal than holding a fabulous tipi reception in the town where you grew up in your parents garden. The day was all made extra special with a little help from family and friends who couldn’t do enough to make things perfect for the happy couple.

I have to say though, I absolutely adore the gorgeous floral stationery designed by the talented Groom. The genius table plan idea to incorporate numbers that have special meaning to the Bride & Groom and the card ‘to my Wife on our wedding day’ – well they are both just off the chart adorable and SO, so pretty!

There’s plenty more inspirational and original ideas too, so get those pinning fingers ready and sit back and enjoy this wonderfully understated, natural, rustic wedding.
