Today is the last day of The National Wedding Show at Earls Court, London. It’s been a great few days and we are over the moon because so many of you came to see us. It’s been great to get out on the road and take our little RMW office with us. The seminars were really well attended (apologies for those who had to sit on the floor!) and we really hoped that you found them useful.
Apart from the odd hiccup, namely having a few items “removed” from the set, (someone out there is now the not so proud owner of a Mrs & Mrs cushion) we have had a great show and a great time in old London town. I even had a very brief chat with Jonathan Ross on Shoreditch High Street last night. Not sure if he reads the blog though!
For those of you who were unable to attend, here is a little teaser of what you missed out on. For those of you coming to see us at the NEC next week when The National Wedding Show comes to the midlands its a sneak peak of what you can expect.

We really hope to see some of you at the NEC – make sure you stop buy and say hello… you can’t miss us – just look for the polka dots!
Have a great Sunday,
Adam

Ooh, our limestone print looks fabulous (even if we do say so ourselves!). Can’t wait to see more photos, your stand looks really lovely. More Coulson Macleod prints winging their way to you in time for NEC.
Your little corner of the NWS was just gorgeous, guys! And not too far from the free chocolate stall too – well played!
x
It took me a couple of looks to realise that the gin bottle has a plant growing coming out of it. I thought you’d all been hitting the bottle!
Cannot BELIEVE someone pinched the Mr and Mrs cushion! The cheek!
Apart from that, glad you’ve had such a good weekend!
Can’t believe someone would pinch your cushions! Bloody cheek.
I really enjoyed the seminars, and Charlotte, it was great to meet you, thanks for the advice! Thea and I both went away saying “she’s so pretty, I wish I could wear that outfit!”
Good luck for the Birmingham shows.
I still can’t get over someone drinking all the lemonade from the display!!! And now the cushions too, what a cheek! You cant blame them though, the stand looked so cool I’m surprised it didn’t all get taken. Fantastic job guys xx
ahhhh glad it went well guys. I hope the cushion theif feels majorly guilty at the mo…we know where you live (okay maybe not, but were you scared???)
Good luck for next week xxx
Fantastic to meet Victoria and Adam yesterday – my friend was very impressed and wished you’d been about when she got married last year!!
I hope the cushion thief gets a bad back!!
Keep up the fantastic work – loving RMW – it’s my regular nightly fix!!
A xx
@ Jo Kent – I’d forgotten about the vintage lemonade bottles after the cushion saga!! That lemonade lasted all of 40 minutes!! I don’t even think there is any photo evidence that they ever existed.
@Audrey – thanks for stopping by, we all had an absolute ball….. although I don’t mind sounding like an old woman when I say my feet are aching and are roughly twice the size that they were on Friday morning.
What’s left of our mobile RMW office of will be rocking up in the midlands next weekend so come find us…. BUT DON”T STEAL OUR COOL STUFF
Adam.
Maybe the thief will have a guilty conscience and return the cushion although I can’t imagine someone from the RMW community would do that-totally naughty!
I feel ashamed of my fellow londoners re: the cushion, but if the memory sticks were for sale on the polka dot pages I would SO buy one (or two or three!) perfect for the handbag and great for storing wedding inspiration you’ve found on the web that you don’t want to save on the work computer! Adam you’ve got a usp for your usb right there! xox
Honestly you’ve got to laugh haven’t you – I like to think stuff got pinched as we’ve got good taste
@Lauren A – was a pleasure, it’s so nice to speak to readers in “real” life and thanks so much for compliment, I think I was going a bit OTT in the peach stakes… peach shoes, peach crochet jumper…peach jewellery …..
@Audrey – Lovely to meet you too! Vix was amazing, don’t know what we would have done without her, she text me today to say she was on a blue polka dot come down as she had enjoyed it all so much.
Charlotte xxx
It sounds like you had fun, shame about the disappearing cushion though! Shocking!
