Buyer FAQ

How do I contact a seller if I am interested in a dress featured on Undress?

There is  contact information displayed in the listing details of every dress featured. If you click on the contact  it will take you to a form where you will be able to message the seller directly. You will be required to enter an email address so that the seller can respond to you. All correspondence occurs directly between the buyer and the seller.

How should I pay for my wedding dress?

Undress is an advertisement platform and is not involved with any payment or exchange of funds. We strongly recommend that you use a secure payment method and do your own due diligence checks before purchasing any item on line, including a gown from Undress.

What if I see a dress that I love but the size is too big/small?

Most dresses can be altered to a certain degree by an experienced seamstress .Of course it is always easier to reduce a dress in size than it is to make it larger. We require sellers to indicate the dress size in the advertisement however we all know this is open to interpretation. If you are unsure about any size displayed we suggest you request the exact bust, waist and hip measurement details from the seller.

What other questions should I ask Sellers?

We ask sellers to provide details of every dress that is displayed on the site including the condition, designer and design name/collection number. Other questions to ask would be the length ( and the heel height of shoes they wore), specific design details, the exact colour and any bespoke additions/changes to an original design you are familiar with.

Do you verify or authenticate dresses and sellers on Undress?

Unfortunately there is no possible way we could authenticate the sellers on Undress. If at any point you suspect that a seller is not authentic please contact us at admin@rockmywedding.co.uk and we will investigate the matter as soon as possible.

Seller FAQ

How do I sell my dress on Undress?

To advertise your gown on undress select the “Undress Me” button. That will take you to our listing form. It should only take a few minutes to complete.

How do buyers contact me if they are interested in my dress?

Buyers will be able to contact you via a contact form on the site, you will receive an email from Rock My Wedding that details the enquiry and provides the buyers email address to which you can respond. All correspondence occurs between the buyer and the seller.

How do I take payment for my dress?

Undress is an advertisement platform and is not involved with any payment or exchange of funds. We strongly recommend you use a secure payment method and do your own due diligence checks before selling any item and receiving payment via an on line source, including a gown from Undress.

What would you recommend I include to maximise the sales potential of my dress?

We recommend you include an honest account of the condition of your dress, any specific design details and what it is about your dress that you loved. There is also the ability to upload 2 images with your advertisement and if you have pictures of you actually wearing then that is ideal – everyone loves real bride eye candy!

How long will my advert be displayed for and what happens when my dress is sold?

Every advert will automatically expire after 90 days. If you wish to continue advertising on Undress for a further 90 days please contact admin@rockmywedding.co.uk and request an extension.

If you sell your dress we please ask that you edit your listing by adding the word “SOLD” to the start of the advert field entitled “Enter the Designer and the dress name or Collection reference number” (It is the very first box you can edit.) Adding sold will prevent you from receiving further enquiries through the site.

Do you verify/authenticate buyers on Undress?
