Inspiration

This gorgeous Spanish wedding is full of emotion and love. Every image you look at somebody is smiling, laughing or sharing an intimate moment. My absolutely favourite has to be the image captured by Doblelente Boda Wedding Photography of groom Fernando looking adoringly at his new wife as they say their vows, oh and the one of them embracing on the dance floor, HOOOOT. But there is also the chic fashion to pour over. I've only recently heard of Yolancris, the designer of Verónica's wedding dress, but I definitely want to see more. Such a stunning gown and such a beautiful bride. And who doesn't love a ghost chair, which look absolutely perfect in the understated but fabulous reception.

The Dress

Verónica The Bride: My dress is from YolanCris, pastel pink shoes from Lodi, earrings with white gold and two diamonds from Mckenzie. I bought the crown in El Tocador de la novia (Madrid), made with wax flowers.

Grooms Fashion

Fernando rented the tuxedo from Juan Moreno and bought a made to measure shirt from the same place. He completed his outfit with a pair of silver cufflinks from Tommy Hilfiger and a Tag Heuer watch.

The Venue

The venue was the beautiful La Finca de San Antonio in Hoyo de Manzanares.

Colour Scheme/Decor

Our colour scheme was white and pastel pink.

Flowers

My bridal bouquet consisted of white peonies with purple roses in pastel colors and Bouvardia roses.

Entertainment

We arranged for a very funny and entertaining photo booth where the guests could make their own pictures and videos with a fun kit. My friends created a lovely handmade album by themselves which the guests could stick their pictures and write their wishes and comments. We also had a DIY Candy Bar and a reception trolley with pins where each guest was reflected with a personalised phrase or description.

Food

There was a buffet with 6 cold and 6 warm dishes. The menu consisted of: Foie terrine, mushrrooms and dried apricots with parmesan cheese and caramel. Deboned piglet, sugar coated with pear chutney in its juices. Minty Mojito sorbet As dessert we had a thin and fine warm appletart with vanilla ice-cream. During the open bar a supper was served with sandwiches and pizza.
