Well how about this gorgeous destination wedding for a bit of Sunday afternoon escapism?! Ashling and Val's ultra glamorous, white on white wedding is just filled with luxurious details and elegant decor touches, it's a veritable feast for the eyes, whether you're getting married abroad or not!!! However, if you are, and you happen to be getting married in Spain, Fiesta Sol, the planning and styling team behind this stunning wedding are Rock My Wedding recommended suppliers, so do get in touch with them if you're looking for any assistance. Right, let's enjoy this lovely wedding then shall we?!

The Bride

Ashling the Bride: I wanted to find a bridal gown that wasn't typical, something that would compliment the beautiful Spanish Backdrop. Berta's lace design was a perfect match, they also allowed me to add some personal touches by mixing a top and bottom from two separate dresses, and adding extra lace to create more of a laser cut bustier. What a wonderful company to deal with.

The Groom

My husband has very broad shoulders, and most suits off the rack made him look sloppy. A custom suit was perfect for him, he felt sharp and comfortable. Custom suits are a lot more affordable than most would think.

The Venue

We had always wanted a destination wedding. So once he proposed in Spain, we decided to just have a look. Upon arrival we both had chills. That venue is nothing less than magical, the staff are an extra bonus. Alexis made our decision easy, making sure any request was never a problem.

The Decor

We wanted the colours to enhance the scenery not be a focal point. The mixed metallics with white flowers over candlelight was the perfect mix. The photographs convey the very feel of the evening. Something out of a storybook! Thanks to Tara our incredible wedding planner!

The Ceremony

We decided to incorporate some Irish traditions into our ceremony, to pay homage to the brides heritage. We used the ancient Irish hand-fasting ceremony by Vicki Rhodes who managed to incorporate such a beautiful speech, leaving the guests in awe of her words.

The Entertainment

We wanted a small intimate concert feel at dinner. Guests were blown away by Jonny's sultry voice. We could have sat for hours listening to him and his guitar. DJ Tristan and Quike were the perfect combo to get the party started! Definitely a crowd pleaser!

The Photography

Andreas has such a beautiful eye for capturing hidden moments. His work is not forced, and he seems to truly love what he does. This is evident in his flawless images.

The Videography

Michel is truly top notch. His work is memorable. I remember watching his videos online and crying. His works definitely move you, that's everything a couple would want to remember their special day.
