Lily and Ben's intimate family wedding at Aswarby Rectory in Lincolnshire is full of so much joy, love and laughter, not to mention a killer Enzoani wedding dress. The capture of Lily weaving through her guests in her gorgeous gown and sunglasses beaming is one of my absolute favourite pictures by Rosie Kelly Photography. She's so elated, as you would be, and her joy just radiates through. The rest of the wedding is a knockout too, complete with beer bong garden game, smoke bombs and amazing green and white wedding flowers decorating the home from home, country house wedding venue.

What Made Our Day Unique
Lily and I married on what felt like one of the warmest days of the year at Aswarby Rectory in Sleaford. Despite the majority of us being a sweaty mess by the end of it...we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Aswarby was the ideal setting so we could have an intimate wedding with family and friends. We felt as if we were at home the whole day: the whole atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly. The day consisted of a late ceremony at 3PM followed by cocktails, lawn games, and beer pong... with everyone taking full advantage of the weather in the garden.

Lily and Ben said it was owners, Donna and Richard, who sealed the deal when they went to view Aswarby Rectory. They came across so well at their first meeting and went with their gut and booked it straight away. When you know, you know. The home from home country house was a gorgeous location for their relaxed, intimate wedding complete with smoke bomb portraits, beer pong garden games and cocktails on the lawn. Everything ran so seamlessly, they didn’t have to worry about anything on the day. Even the weather played ball.Inspiration & Styling
We styled our day with lots of pastel colours, opted for no linen on the tables (Aswarby have these amazing vintage looking trestle tables) with a nod to an Italian theme throughout the day, the food and some of the drinks etc. We had originally planned to get married in Italy but with a number of family members dropping out we decided to make the switch to the UK. The food played a huge part of the day and we enjoyed canapés, mouth-watering sharing platters and an array of delicious desserts. Donna from Aswarby recommended quite a few of our suppliers including florists Coco in the Country who put together the most beautiful staircase arrangement...plus the fireplace in the ceremony room!
Zoe and Jamie's September wedding at The Copse captured by Rosie Kelly Photography has a similar vibe to Lily and Ben's day and is also not to be missed. Wait until you see the peacock chairs and bridal party leather jackets!
