Inspiration

Rosie and Kourosh tied the knot last November in their home town of Brighton, the bride with glasses looked beautiful in her vintage dress and bright red lipstick. Fabrica Gallery played host to their reception which they covered in the most amazing floral arrangements. As an old converted chapel, it still has the original windows and dark wooden features which this couple really made the most of. Opting for a November wedding they embraced Autumn/Winter with their gorgeous colour scheme, mixing Persian artistry into autumnal British landscapes by blending pomegranates with thistles. Such a relaxed and fun day all captured perfectly by Danielle Smith Photography.

What Made Our Day Unique

Having our ceremony and reception in the centre of Brighton was very important to us as we wanted to share our love for this city by the sea with our friends and family. My favourite moment was judging the 'portrait gallery' created by our guests as part of our reception pub quiz. Each team were tasked with drawing a picture of my husband and I, there were some very abstract interpretations! We will treasure them.

Bride with Glasses

This bride with glasses looked amazing wearing a statement red lip teamed with her vintage dress which featured a wrap over front and a tied waist, pairing with the dress the bride wore a delicate hair accessory completing her look fabulously. Her bridesmaids wore navy mid-length dresses which looked incredible next to their bright floral bouquets by Kate Langdale, so much detail and colour which suited this celebration perfectly.

Advice

Don't be afraid to push for your unique vision - competent, creative suppliers will be happy to go on the journey with you. If a venue offers a lot of freedom regarding suppliers that is also great, but be aware that co-ordinating suppliers yourself can be quite time-consuming.
