Let's add a splash of colour to proceedings shall we? So often with real weddings we tend to chose a softer or more neutral palette but sometimes it's nice to play with brighter shades. That's certainly what the team behind today's stunning inspiration shoot did and the result is just lovely. The wooden furniture from All Things Borrowed is making me swoon too - there's nothing I love more than a lovely aged wooden table with mismatched chairs. Have a look at their website when you've enjoyed this shoot, you'll want to hire ALL THE THINGS. Are you having a bright and beautiful wedding day? We'd love to hear all about it.
The Team Behind The Shoot: This photoshoot was imagined by Caitlin + Jones photography who wanted to photograph beyond the muted tones & colours many of their clients were choosing as their colour scheme - which they thought was beautiful, but they wanted to photograph something more dramatic! Calling on the organisational and styling expertise of Bex at Oakleaf Weddings & Events - the brief was to create something Bright + Botanical with eye catching, bold, vivid, rich colours, botanical details and prints, pops of incredible floral colour supplied by the fantastically talented Lynn at Stems Design with hints of metallic accessories and styling using mixed textures and materials. Stunningly elegant, handmade dresses by Glory Days Vintage, modelled by the mesmerisingly beautiful Tasha Safiya. Think bright, think bold, think flowers, flowers and more flowers! An amazing day, relaxed, al fresco, hints of boho, surrounded by flowers, good weather and nice people all showing their interpretation of the brief and letting their creativity move beyond muted, natural tones.
