We're off to Italy this morning for a dreamy destination wedding. Celine and Roberto are a gorgeous couple and photographer Stefano Santucci has captured so many lovely portraits of them both, as well as capturing the beautiful scenery of the Italian countryside. Their choice of venue - Villa Beccaris Piedmont, is stunning and we love what Celine has done with the reception styling - the whole vibe is stylish but relaxed and not overdone. We're also big fans of the blush one shouldered Bridesmaids dresses from J.Crew, and have to admit this Bridal party is one of the most gorgeous we've seen. It's such a lovely wedding day with beautiful photography - enjoy!
Stefano The Photographer: This wedding was a lovely celebration of love in Monforte d'Alba, a little colourful town in Piedmont, in the Northern Italy. Surrounded by hectares of characteristic vineyards, Monforte d'Alba is part of the zone of the noble Barolo wine production. Coming from Switzerland, Celine & Roberto have different origins, and they decided to get married in Italy to have that Italian flavour for their big day. They tied the knot in Saint Augustine Church, that used to be an abandoned church located in the upper part of the town. Thanks to the Bride's beautiful planning, it became a gorgeous late '600 Baroque church, filled with the scent of the olive branches and peonies.
The marriage was a very emotional ceremony also thanks to the speeches of the sisters of the couple. Then the couple and all their guests moved to Palazzo Martinengo, which is an amazing palace just few streets away from the church, where the luncheon was held, in the terrace with a breathtaking view of the Langhe landscape. But the party continued all the night in the outstanding venue Villa Beccaris, where the dinner was served followed by the dances.
