Inspiration

Get ready to fall under a floral spell today as you marvel at all the beautiful white and green floral arrangements this Isle of Wight wedding has to offer. The church wedding flowers, in particular, have absolutely blown me away, reminding me of a certain Duke and Duchess of Sussex's wedding flowers. Plus, just wait until you see the back of bride Crystal's St Patrick wedding dress, it is heavenly. All the amazingness has been captured by, The List, recommended supplier, Jason Mark Harris, who never fails to move us with his wonderful documentary-style photography. Enjoy.

Inspiration & Styling

I really wanted somewhere that I could make my own, I got told about East Afton Farmhouse opening as a new wedding venue and I went to view and instantly fell in love. We loved the fact it was a blank canvas so we could decorate it as we wanted it and also the fact we could stay there before and after the wedding with all our family and friends. I wanted a glamorous yet tasteful theme throughout the day, initially, I wanted all whites and creams but I introduced the gold with the charger plates, name places, stationery and macarons to give some warmth.

Church Wedding Flowers

Flowers were a really important part of the day for Crystal & Oli, they wanted to ensure they had the WOW factor, and boy did they! Jayne at the Flower Garden completely bought Crystal's vision to life, incorporating large-headed Roses and eucalyptus intertwined with lots of other white flowers, giving a full effect. The church wedding flowers are reminiscent of Harry and Meghan's beautiful blooms and carry on into the beautiful marquee reception.

Special Moments

We had mini-golf and a saxophonist during our welcome drinks and a photo-booth, candy floss and a band Switch in the evening our first dance song was Say You Won't Let Go - James Arthur which we had sang live by Switch. We let our maid of honour choose the reading for our church ceremony so it was a surprise for us on the day. We wanted to keep the ceremony as light-hearted as possible so chose 'All Things Bright and Beautiful' along with 'Give Me Joy' as our hymns.
