Inspiration

With surprise Alpaca wedding guests, a pinata, and lots of incredible DIY decor, bride and groom, Adele and Gareth had a wedding day full of fun and laughter that totally reflected them at Curradine Barns wedding venue in Worcestershire. Adele's exquisite jewel headdress is also a little bit of me! Pure bridal goals not to be missed!

What Made Our Day Unique

Our guests all expressed how unique the ceremony was, as it was led by friends and not a typical registrar. It was all about us, and we didn't care if this went against tradition. We got legally married a few weeks before the 'Big Day' so we could have our actual wedding exactly the way we wanted. The homemade touches, such as hand-drawn place cards for each guest, and the arbour, made it really personal, and the wacky bits like the alpacas and the pinata reflected who we are, and the fun we have in our relationship.

Curradine Barns Wedding Venue

If you're looking for country romance, then you've come to the right place as Curradine Barns wedding venue is everything you could wish for and more. Especially with the addition of Adele and Gareth's amazing DIY wedding decor. Adele drew, yes, hand drew all of her guest's name place settings and spent hours in front of the television making little paper diamonds for the hanging geometric top table backdrop. They also welcomed some surprise alpaca wedding guests, much to the delight of everyone, culminating in some fun photographs by Stevie Jay Photography.

Adele and Gareth were very clear on their budget, listing their top priorities and ensuring they were taken care of first. They also advise to think outside the box when sourcing your wedding decor - "it doesn't all have to be purchased... it can be found, made and borrowed!" And by allocating a wedding planning day every week and sticking to it for those few hours they were fully focussed on the task in hand.
