Get ready for your senses to go into overdrive with this incredibly dark and opulent wedding inspiration by Camilla Andrea Photography and The Country Garden Florist. The colour palette of plum, burgundy, deep red and purples is absolutely delicious. Portrayed beautifully in the stunning florals, immense table scape, cake and fashion. Plus I absolutely adore the rich gold and iridescent accents, and all the texture making up the incredible setups. The lovely Anstey Hall in Cambridge is an utterly timeless venue, lending its self effortlessly to this classic and contemporary theme. So Pinning fingers at the ready... Enjoy!

Our Story

Camilla Andrea Photography: Aiming to create looks which none of us had seen styled, and using colours we hadn’t had the chance to shoot at a real wedding! We chose to concentrate on a rich and luscious colour palette. We brought in elements which had an iridescent finish to it, modernising the looks. Adding in peacock colours you’d see from an oil splash and highlighting areas with plenty of rich gold! Texture was super important with fabric layered upon fabric, plenty of draped hand dyed linens and cascading lace creating a timeless romantic feel. 17th Century built Anstey Hall in Cambridge was our shoot location & it was amazing to have such a historic and beautiful labyrinth to work and style within.
