How utterly in love are these two?! Sometimes I'm a little cynical about engagement shoots, but without fail, each time I put one together I completely change my mind, my heart melts and the romance just takes over. What could be more lovely than frolicking in a field with your loved one and having it all captured by a professional photographer?! And Mairéad at Remain In Love Photography has done such a lovely job of capturing it too. Devina & Anup decided to have their shoot at Mayfield Lavender, a stunning organic lavender farm just 15 minutes from central London! It looks completely idyllic and we can imagine the smell is just incredible. Plus the pair were blessed with hazy golden sunshine meaning that the light in their images is just perfect. Devina is totally a girl after our own hearts, wearing such a pretty swirly red dress and a home made flower crown, made especially for the occasion.

Mairéad the Photographer: Devina and Anup are every photographer's dream; full of ideas and up for anything. They wanted to have their engagement shoot somewhere a little bit different and so we decided on Mayfield Lavender Farm on the outskirts of London. It was a sunset shoot in the middle of July, just when the lavender was at full bloom. Despite it being the middle of summer, we knew that good weather was not guaranteed, so when we had clear blue skies giving way to the most beautiful sunset, we were thrilled. Not only, that, but Devina had come to the shoot with a homemade flower crown, which looked amazing among all the lavender. Most importantly though, Devina and Anup are a wonderful couple, ridiculously in love! They were so natural in front of the camera, and just up for having some fun. Everything was perfect - the flowers, the light, the beautiful bride and groom to be – it all made my job very easy!
