Inspiration

Where to start with this wedding? The feather headdress the bride wore, the amazing pampas grass moon gate or the suave groom in his white dinner jacket! Every inch of this celebration was chic, an outdoor ceremony in the woodlands followed by a romantic reception at the villa in Spain. A surprise homemade video from the Groom's brother with guests singing to the couples favourite song, Everywhere - Fleetwood Mac, topped off the most perfect destination wedding.

What Made Our Day Unique

Our venue really made our wedding unique, enabling us to have all celebrations outside (even ending up in the pool for a boozy dip) From the ceremony in the forest to dining under the sunset and olive trees surrounded by nature and breath-taking views. Celebrating our love with a mix of comical and heartfelt personalised vows, an array of music old and new, handmade touches I brought from home -seating plan, menus, party favours. We also tied photos around the trees leading to the ceremony of our last 5 years together - from our first date, travelling, to present day.

Feather Headdress

The bride looked stunning for this destination wedding, from the lace, low back wedding dress and delicate jewellery to the amazing feather headdress worn. A stylish day with a neutral undertone of dove blue bridesmaids that complimented the scenery of the villa, the endless blue skies and stunning pampas grass decor lights. The evening reception was lit up with a beautiful sunset and twinkling fairy lights accompanied by the sounds of traditional Spanish music and chilled vibes!

Inspiration & Styling

Todd and I love nature, woodland and the outdoors and always wanted to incorporate that into our wedding, having the ceremony in a forest clearing. My styling was based on a rustic approach, with a boho flair (and my obsession with pampas) while wanting a sophisticated soft finish. In the evening I wanted lots of soft twinkling lighting, to compliment the Spanish sunset. All the fairy lights we used worked perfectly. My colour scheme followed the soft approach with light pinks, peaches and lots of green. This tied in mine & my bridesmaids’ bouquets, button holes, mothers corsages and table décor.
