Inspiration

Not even a tropical storm could dampen the mood for this India wedding. Choosing to marry in Goa, somewhere close to the Bride & Groom's hearts, there were palm trees, cocktails and a whole lot of laughter. The Bride looked stunning in a Rish bridal dress and flower crown as she listened to her Best Girls sing their medley of hits! With gorgeous tropical flowers, this wedding has definitely brightened up our day!

WHAT MADE OUR DAY UNIQUE

"India is such a special place for us and we wanted to show our closest friends why we love it so much over a few days so we only invited 40 guests and this kept it all. We had a cocktail party in a beautiful Portuguese colonial house, did yoga and meditation on the beach every morning and went kayaking along the Goan backwaters. The day before the wedding I had a Mehendi where all the girls got henna and for Adam, they hired the local cricket stadium and played a game with the locals. On our wedding day saying our vows down by the sea, running into the water with our friends, dancing under lit-up palm trees and spending time with our favourite people in our favourite place made it beyond magical. We even had a tropical storm (!) but it added to the atmosphere and didn't stop the party." - Hannah & Adam

India Wedding

Deciding to have their special day abroad, the couple chose to have an India wedding as this was somewhere they had holidayed in the past and wanted to share the amazing villa and scenery of Goa with their close loved ones. Pontoon lighting and bunting was strung between the palm trees and guests were treated to yoga and meditation on the beach, creating a lovely chilled vibe  - before the cocktail party that is!

INSPIRATION & STYLING

"One of the thing we love about Goa is its tropical jungle vibe and we wanted to keep this vibrancy and lush look in all our events. Big tropical leaves, bright flowers like birds of paradise and rustic natural materials kept the feel of the styling natural.  We wanted to create a tropical disco for our wedding night so wrapped palm trees in lights and had huge disco balls hanging from between the trees." - Hannah & Adam
