Planning

January is such a great month for getting stuck into wedding planning. Filling those long dark nights with lots of wedmin is the perfect remedy for post Christmas blues. And gorgeous stationery is definitely something lovely to think about. Today we're introducing you to the lovely Nat at Nat's Paper Studio. Nat has a background in graphic design, but was being constantly asked to create stationery for friends and family so the transition was a natural one! We can see why - Nat's designs are stylish and contemporary and perfect for today's modern bride, who wants her wedding to be a reflection of her and her partner's personal style. Want to see more of Nat's work and hear all about her business? I thought so, let's take a look...
From Nat The Designer
Turning 30 can often fuel a number of life changes. For me, it inspired a desire to re-evaluate the career path I had taken, and pursue something I was genuinely inspired by. Although I have worked as a graphic and web designer in the advertising industry for over a decade, I find my love lies with stationery, print materials and crafted products. Having helped friends and family for many years with their business branding, birthday party invites and wedding stationery, it suddenly felt like the right moment to turn my passion into my full-time business focus. And with that, I married my experience as a designer with my passion – and Nat’s Paper Studio was born. As a self-confessed design magpie, my business covers everything from typography, branding, digital creative and stationery to packaging, calligraphy, foiling and more. I offer services from wedding and styling, party invites, baby announcements, product design, business branding and website design to wall art, greetings cards, paper products and typography prints. With my big day also coming up later this year (eek - where is the time going?!), weddings happily take up most of my focus, and are my favourite thing to work with clients on.
Personally I believe stationery is a big part of the wedding process and a detail that can be vital in setting the tone for the day, yet sometimes it can often be overlooked or overwhelming. My aim is to make the process of design as easy (and fun) as possible, which is why I offer a range of services to choose from. From bespoke designs to a choice of house templates, I’ll work closely with you to produce everything you need, be it: save the dates, invites, wedding websites, signage and other props for the big day – I can cover it all! In the house template shop – I offer a selection of bold and beautiful semi-personalised design templates from a collection of 6 designs. With a range of calligraphy, modern and classic type, foiling and floral design there’s something to suit everyone’s style. Each collection comes in various print finishes, and everything is available separately or as a package, allowing you to pick and choose the items that suit your individual needs and budget. I also offer a bespoke design service where each custom wedding suite created by Nat’s Paper Studio strives to reflect the unique style of your wedding. Working closely together we can produce a look and feel that showcases you and your partner’s personalities perfectly, and covers everything you need to bring your day to life. I look forward to meeting and working with all you lovely couples to create a wedding design you’ll adore.
