Inspiration

Only yesterday we were talking about our love for mint and here today we witness some more gorgeous bridesmaids donning the hue. It looks utterly divine against all the white and greenery florals, not to mention all the fabulous rustic decor and Italian countryside. And how much do you want to dive into that pool? The outside ceremony and reception looks utterly amazing under a canopy of white paper lanterns and bunting, and the wooden crate and jar centrepieces bursting with white florals only adds to the white on white perfection of this destination wedding. Locally produced wine was freeflowing and local olive oil was served as favours, with classic films projected onto the side of the villa whilst everyone danced the night away. This wedding really had it all, including a gorgeous gown from our fabulous Look Book member Naomi Neoh. Just heavenly.

Advice

1) If help is offered use it! Everyone was so hands on for our wedding day, we took alot of the pressure of decorating the venue by asking guests to help prep the day before, which made it extra special knowing everyone had created the wedding of our dreams.

2) We took far too many decorations! We just wanted options but looking back now it really wasn't necessary. If you are having a desination the key is to get as much as possible done as soon as you can. As we were driving it meant we could enjoy the trip rather than worry about the things that never got done (we couldn't of fit anymore in anyway!)

3) If you are planning on using your own music we would recommend you start this now. It takes hours and hours. We had a whole weekend of music sorted which felt like forever to organise.

4) Make a private Pinterest board to curate all your wedding ideas. It was so helpful with our vision.
