Planning

We've all gone totally bonkers for glasshouse, orangery or clear marquee venues at Rock My HQ, it's not hard to see why when they literally light up your wedding and illuminate every inch of the decor and details. The lovely Holland Park, Kensington, London was the perfect backdrop for such elegant proceedings. From the immense hanging floral installation by Blue Sky Flowers, to the elegant tablescape, complete with ghost chairs and romantic candle light. Every elements was planned and styled beautifully by Katie Stocks of The Events Designers, and working her magic behind the lens was Eva Tarnok Photography.

Venue

The Orangery is a simply gorgeous hidden gem set in the heart of Holland Park, Kensington, London. A truly stunning London wedding venue which eases the grace and elegance of a fine Country House with high ceilings, gold and bronze detailing beaming with natural light and character.

Planning & Styling

The shoot was effortlessly designed by Wedding Planner Katie Stocks from The Events Designers and was captured beautifully by fine-art Wedding Photographer, Eva Tarnok of Eva Tarnok Photography. The colour palette consisted of natural tones including classic creams, greys and graceful golds creating a luxury and elegant combination.

Bridal

Our gorgeous model worn an enchanting and elegant dress called ‘Nissa’ from Chic Nostalgia from Morgan Davis Bridal. A soft A-line dress with beautiful textures of luxe lace and hand beading with petite lace straps and a sheer illusion back. The model changed into a second bridal gown by Anna Georgina and Kobus Dippenaar called ‘Christelle’. A jaw-dropping classic, timeless and feminine dress with elegant lace and hand-beaded embellishments. The beautifully crafted Joanie Rose Gold Cherry bridal heels by Harriet Wilde completed the bridal look. We all adored the gorgeous gold leaves and small pretty cherry flowers.

Flowers

The breath-taking flowers were supplied by the very talented Liz Indigo Jones from Blue Sky Flowers. The floral installation consisted of lush wild foliage and vibrant cream and blush roses including Quicksand, Vendella, Ohara and Majolika spray. We used a mixture of Stock, Ranunculus, Fritillaria Persica, Jasmin and Waxflower for the wild foliage. We wanted to use as many English flowers as possible to bring the beautiful leafy gardens of Holland Park inside The Orangery.

Stationery

The stationery was designed by Elmo Paper Stories and the stationery suite is filled to the brim of customised details. We loved adding romance into the stationery suite by creating calligrapher love notes, poems and the elegant velvet wedding vow books. Soft, romantic and ethereal, from start to finish this stationery suite is guaranteed to make your heart flutter.

Decor

The dining table was a luxe, classic and creative design incorporating a rustic farmhouse table from Wedhead matched with clear ghost chairs and cream, grey and gold tones to add additional texture and intertwined between grey silk runners from Kate Cullen, gold and bronze and grey candle sticks to give a natural and elegant candlelight. The beautiful tableware was supplied by Prezola including the beautiful crystal glassware. If soft details and romantic stories speak to your heart, you’re going to fall in love with this oh-so-beautiful wedding inspiration. Take a moment to browse this exquisite gallery and, enjoy!
