Inspiration

There was a musical surprise around every corner at this wedding where the bride wore a bespoke Suzanne Neville wedding dress! The celebration started the evening before with fun tropical BBQ and the first surprise of the weekend, a steel drum band! The following day, the church wedding ceremony was accompanied by a gospel choir and followed by drinks, during which a roaming band appeared and led guests to the venue. The quirky decor of the Oxfordshire venue, Aynhoe Park, added to the day with floating giraffes and statues. The wedding breakfast brought even more surprises, with singing waiters wowing the guests - who had no idea what was coming - and as the dinner ended, the wedding party conga'd their way down to the secret cellar club and kept the party going until the early hours!

What Made Our Day Unique

I think our venue made our wedding unique. It was full of wonders and surprises. We had butlers.. I mean come on!! Also, the fact that we had so much going on. Our guests were amazed and were kept entertained at all times. Our weekend was full of love, emotion, fun and we absolutely loved seeing all our hard work and planning unfold and the joy that it brought. We all lived in a wedding bubble for weeks after, in total awe of what we had all experienced together.

Suzanne Neville Wedding Dress

Stepping into her bespoke Suzanne Neville wedding dress with her mums help was one of the most memorable moments of the day for this gorgeous bride. And the emotional moments didn't stop there, with her eldest daughter being the Maid of Honour, there were many tears shed throughout the day (happy ones of course), including outside the church, where the bride and her father had a special moment with just the two of them, no cameras just some words shared that will stay with them forever, how special!

Inpiration & Styling

We love all things tradition and love a classic vibe but when searching for styling inspo we would see so many cool and quirky ideas! So we really didn't know how we were going to pull off a traditional, classic wedding which was also cool, fun and a little bit different! Aynhoe played a big part in enabling us to do that. It is a complete wonderland and really does have to be seen to be believed. I guess, in a nutshell you would say our vibe was fun, full, traditional but with a surprise around every corner.

If you love the quirky decor of this venue and want to see more, then don't worry, we have plenty of real weddings at this Oxforshire venue, just like this whimiscal wedding with a beautiful flower crown and first look or this multicultural celebration with a Chinese tea ceremony!
