Guilty as charged, we absolutely love a Lusty Glaze beach wedding. It’s the perfect relaxed family fun day, complete with beach volleyball, doughnut wedding favours and an adorable German Shepard ring bearer. The weather was beautiful for a September day, and the couple even more so. Make sure you look out for the ultimate surprise wedding present from bride Becky to groom Alex, as it’s every man’s dream come true!
Beautiful bride Nikki in her Grace Loves Lace Gia gown, and Groom Lewis in his turned up trousers and braces from Topman are the epitome of cool at their tropical destination wedding at Nice Sea Resort, Koh Phangan Thailand.
Planned, styled and executed to perfection by Nadine at Phangan Weddings they had the perfect beach ceremony, a reception lit by hundreds of fairy lights and some of the most beautiful portraits by wedding directory supplier Carla Blain Photography.
This is honestly the stuff of dreams, and to quote the bride “there’s nothing better than saying I do with sand between your toes!” Just lovely.
The title of this bridal inspiration ‘Runaway Bride’ along with the romantic Cornish beach and dreamy light has me singing Beyonce’s ‘Running’ song.
The lovely Olivia Bossert was on hand to captured all this beauty, wonderfully transporting you into a world of peace, tranquility, and pure bliss.
If you’re left wanting more, then you should definitely check out this Romantic Blushing Bride inspiration too. Happy Friday.
Mekele and David’s big day is a RMW wedding though and through! The couple absolutely did things their way, from start to finish. They started with an intimate wedding ceremony, beach walk and lunch, and ended the day with a massive party in a marquee so that all of their friends and family could attend.
Mekele wore a second hand wedding dress and her and David decided to create a day that avoided waste and excess, by crafting, recycling and getting guests involved too. It’s such a happy, feel good wedding and the images from Francesca Hill really tell the story for us…
The excitement on the adorable flowers girl’s face (also the bride and grooms eldest daughter) in the opening picture above literally sums up the love and emotion this blush pink Marbella wedding entails. From tears, to smiles and everything in between, all the precious moments have been documented to perfection by Kino Ortega for this family to treasure.
The soft colour palette is divine, and echos the golden sandy beach, and mesmerising summer haze. Plus bride Mary’s embellished Yaki Ravid wedding dress not only looks stunning, but also catches the light beautifully, making her look even more dazzling.
Tissues, and pinning fingers at the ready. Enjoy.
Today’s gorgeous inspiration shoot is a little bleak, but that’s just how I like it. There’s an ethereal romanticism to the beach in Winter and Olivia Bossert has captured that perfectly in this shoot. From the detail on the Jesus Peiro gown, to the gorgeous seascape surrounding the couple, it’s dreamy from start to finish.
I’m in LOVE with the hair and make up too, Ione has serious talent and that halo twist combined with loose waves and a gold headpiece has stolen my heart.
Think Wuthering Heights by the sea, with better clothes and lots of flowers 😉 and you’ll be ready to throw yourselves into this shoot…
I’ve loved the work of Padilla & Rigau since we featured some stunning real weddings from them last year, so it’s a real treat to share this inspiration shoot with you today. Even more so because the location is a Spanish beach at sunset, which is a place I’m sure lots of us are wishing we were right now!
The gorgeous model looks like a mermaid in her sparkling Santos Costura gown and I’m in LOVE with the headpieces by Mimoki. Padilla & Rigau shot some of this on film which feels like the perfect medium for capturing the soft sunset glow, where the ‘sky seems more fairytale than real…’
It’s no secret that I’m a huge fan of the beach – every single coastal wedding we feature makes me swoon and I’m hoping (one day) to have my own nuptials by the sea. So when the lovely Suzanne Li sent us this stunning inspiration shoot, I was very excited to blog it. The light is just incredible, there’s something about the point where land meets ocean at sunset that is impossible to beat.
The colour palette of Rose Quartz and Serenity is a perfect choice for this shoot too, encapsulating the soft glow of the dying sun with the cool blues of sea. The whole thing is simply beautiful and just brimming with gorgeous inspiration for your Bride and Groom portraits.
Everything about this wedding is just so beautiful, from Nicole’s gorgeous dresses, to the flowers, to the incredible location – it’s just a absolute treat to be sharing it with you today. Having family based all over the world, Nicole and Ben decided that a wedding at the North Shore in Hawaii was the perfect place for them, as Nicole had spent lots of her childhood there. Nicole is clearly a very stylish and creative lady, and she has managed to combined a lush, wild, and romantic theme with subtle nods to her Asian heritage and the couple’s love of travel. The whole look is simply stunning and I’ve been swooning over the floral arrangements for hours while putting this feature together.
Nicole sadly lost her Mum as a teenager and so the couple decided to honour her mother’s Chinese heritage with a traditional Chinese lion dance to surprise their guests, and you can see from the images that that was a truly magical moment.
We’re really excited to tell you that Nicole & Ben’s photographers, husband and wife duo Tupou Photography are actually relocating to the UK this summer, so do get in touch with them if you fall for their emotive and natural style.
