You’d be dotty not to be, well, dotty for this fantastic wed fest set in an old veterinary college in Edinburgh. The bridesmaids burnt orange dresses – sourced from Australia – add an amazing autumnal colour to proceedings and look so good with the beautiful botanicals and foliage which frame the dissection room where dinner was served. Bride Siobhan is a total babe, pairing her stunning Charlie Brear gown (oh hello cheeky leg split!) with a Frida Kahlo-inspired flower crown and polka dot wedding veil. All together now, she wore an itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow polka dot… oh wait…
I absolutely love how each couple decorate the venue, and as you can imagine with Emma working as a creative consultant at Form and Balance the results are pretty spectacular. She uses tree stumps & slices with candle light and foliage, plus my absolute favourite the hoop table plan and beef cut table names.
This may be a Winter wedding, but it’s so cosy and full of sparkle, including the ladies Jenny Packham gowns, and did I mention the fairy lights? All captured beautifully by Caro Weiss Photography for you to swoon over and pin.
I love Glasgow’s Kelvingrove bandstand where this gorgeous couple chose to have their outdoor ceremony, and the fact that they get to stroll past it daily and reminisce about their wedding makes it even more special. The pictures captured by Caro Weiss of their family sitting on the steps with blankets, beaming during the nuptials are simply adorable.
Lucy was unsure of a colour scheme to begin with, but eventually settled on brights. Wait until you see her bridal bouquet & flower crown they are simple mesmerising. I added copious amounts of pictures for you (and I) to swoon over again and again. You’re welcome. I guarantee you’ll also be swooning over her Charlotte Balbier ‘Elodie’ gown, her Bridesmaids pale blue Ted Baker dresses and the grooms Harris Tweed jacket too. Such a stylish bunch.
