Ohhh beautiful Cripps Barn, I don’t think I’ll ever tire of seeing weddings from there, which is truly testament to what an incredible venue it is. Cheryl and Jak filled the spaces there with gorgeous floral arrangements, quirky skiing details and lots and lots of twinkly fairy lights.
And those ski details? Make sure you read these cuties engagement story as that will explain it all 🙂 Thanks to lovely Katy at Katy & Co. for the gorgeous images!
This Cripps Barn wedding is just one of those beautifully curated days that consume you with happiness and pretty, and leave you totally satisfied. Have you seen the ceremony and reception set ups? Seriously just WOW!
The delicate pastel colour scheme is incredibly romantic, echoed in the floral arrangements and bridesmaid dresses, with the mirror table plan and drip wedding cake complimenting the rustic setting, but adding a touch of luxe.
I’m certain that White Stag Wedding Photography‘s light filled captures will have you reaching for your pin button, so sit back, relax and enjoy every minute.
Show-stopping, sassy and stylish, Sophie, Luke and their gorgeous, gorgeous wedding at Cripps Barn in the Cotswolds just oozed class and character.
All the wedding prep began at Barnsley House before heading over to the dreamy Cripps Barn which was dressed head to toe in stunning florals by Joanna Carter Flowers, and amazing rustic details. Have you seen the wooden crate dessert table yet? Definitely get your pinning fingers ready, not forgetting the hanging flower wheel, and reception decor with Candelabra centrepieces and fairy light backdrop, because you’re going to LOVE them too!
The evening culminated in an epic party which included Baz and Fred Pizzas and Beatboxers. Nobody looked more in love or happier than the bride and groom in their fabulous attire with all the romance captured beautifully by Andy Gaines Photography. Sophie’s fishtail Costarellos gown in particular is an absolute gem with its intricate detail and peachy tone. Plus how adorable do the bridesmaids look in their blush tulle skirts and white top separates. Clue: Very.
Well this is a treat for a Sunday morning – the most stylish of weddings from Cripps Barn with gorgeous photography from the very talented Mr Samuel Docker. Bride Abi seriously let her creative juices flow when it came to styling her big day and the result is a gorgeous Winter wonderland wedding that is warm, inviting and elegant, while still embracing the agricultural spaces at Cripps.
I always love sharing Brides wearing Hermione De Paula, as Hermione’s designs are truly unique – Abi has her wedding date, special song lyrics and hers and Craig’s initials sewn into her dress. Isn’t that just the loveliest idea?
And not only is Abi killing it on the dress front, but her accessories are gorgeous too. I’ve been longing to feature a Luna Bea bride and Abi’s celestial inspired headpiece is just stunning and so original.
Oh and one final thing, I think more weddings should have a black tie dress code – everyone looks SO glam…
Cripps Barn where this gorgeous outdoor wedding took place has long been a member of our supplier directory The Love Lust List; not only because it is enchanting, but also because it effortlessly encapsulate the mood of all their couples and their wedding day vision perfectly.
Laura and Ben opted for classic blush pink and white roses and some of the most amazing floral arches and hanging arrangements I’ve ever seen; as well as a very cool and unique etched perspex table plan and table name signs, making the outdoor ceremony and barn look utterly divine.
Have you clocked Bride Laura’s hair & make up yet? Created but yet another member of our fabulous directory Grace at Lips & Locks, who I’ve had the pleasure to meet and work with. Grace is not only super talented but genuinely the nicest person too. I simply adore the rolled chignon she’s created for Laura with the added Emmy London hair accessory. And how can I not mention Laura’s Flora gown; that beaded bodice is simply heavenly.
You ready to feel the love and pore over the gorgeous images by Jackson & Co.? Then I shall keep you no more. Enjoy.
I absolutely adore the use of coral peonies by Honeysuckle Flower Co.. They have literally taken my breath away they are so immense. The bouquets, the flower crowns and floral centrepieces bring such a vibrancy to the vintage china tea cups, mis-match blue bridesmaid dresses and gorgeous Cripps Barn wedding venue.
The whole fantastically bohemian vintage tea party concept is an explosion of colour and fun. With quirky details including rose gold spray painted animals as place settings and a polaroid picture station. All the details are delicious, but it’s no wonder when Bride Sarah is a ridiculously creative art teacher.
I just love the rich, opulent colours in Charlie & Nat’s wedding, the bouquets look divine. The palette of purples and reds with silver accents is traditional but SO beautiful and the gorgeous ladies have done a great job of making it look fresh and modern – simple things like using long trailing ribbons on the bouquets and foliage to break up the flower arrangements. They’ve also included a lovely selection of vintage finds here and there, making the decor look carefully curated, and very personal to them as a couple.
Cripps Barn is one of our favourite venues (and comes recommended by us on our handpicked supplier directory – The Love Lust List). And I know I always say this when we feature a wedding from Cripps Barn, but each one looks totally different! It really is a venue that can be transformed into whatever your heart desires AND it has a really homely and welcoming feel, as every couple looks like Cripps belongs to them and their family. And Charlie and Nat’s happy big day is no exception…
I don’t normally work on the real weddings but today’s is just that little bit special. You see it is my baby sister’s wedding. A day full of so much love and laughter that I couldn’t not share it with you.
Abi looked beyond stunning in her Amanda Wyatt Natalia gown which was chosen to compliment my new brother-in-law’s military dress. Seriously smart. And you will probably spot my two little girls in there too. You’ve got to love a tiny tutu.
I can’t say enough about how amazing Cripps Barn was, just fabulous, and the perfect back drop to the hours of crafting, planning and baking. Everything came together to create an elegant day with just the right amount of fun. It was a truly amazing day and I hope you love it as much as we all did. Enjoy!
Possibly one of the most creative wedding themes I have ever witnessed – and I have seen a lot. Hannah and Simon created a “great partnerships” theme including some of the expected greats such as Romeo and Juliet to Del-Boy and Rodney and Ross and Rachel (!)…..GENIUS. The groom even hand drew and painted all of the centre piece cool couple illustrations himself, quite the talent. And the perfect unique addition to such a spectacular display of statement florals.
