Nicola and Andrew asked their wedding guests to switch off their phones whilst they held an unplugged outdoor ceremony, the perfect way to fully enjoy every minute of this Dewsall Court wedding. The beautiful building, picturesque setting and cosy barn reception really is everything you could dream off for a relaxed but sophisticated day with personalised signs, beautiful flowers and a pretty impressive drinks station. The bridesmaids wore delicate cold shoulder dresses teamed with the bride’s gorgeous strapless Enzoani wedding dress.
Crunchy leaves. Bold colours. The last sniff of summer mixed with the first sniff of winter. Autumn is one of the jewels in nature’s crown, so it’s little wonder that this autumn wedding is so stunning. Claire & Jack wanted to celebrate the season in all its glory, and with foliage, festoon lights and a feast of pie and mash (nom), there is no doubt that they have done so. Captured in all its multicoloured magic by Katrina Bartlam, a member of our handpicked supplier directory The List, this is a truly elegant autumnal affair.
Barn wedding venues are the hidden gems of the wedding venue world. Sometimes proudly placed on Google, sometimes tucked away where only those in the know can find them. Isn’t this flower-filled, vintage Dewsall Court wedding simply jaw-dropping? Answer: Yes!
From the rustic venue itself to the rich tones, beautiful blooms, and immense decor. Every detail will have you swooning with delight. It’s no wonder Dewsall Court is a handpicked member of our supplier directory The List.
If you’re anything like me you’ll find yourself falling for bride Pippa’s Lusan Mandongus bridal gown too. The lace is truly exquisite and so fitting for their period wedding. The groomsmen scrub up well too. I love the jewel-coloured edges on the pockets of their navy three-piece suits, perfectly complimenting the colour scheme. Plus those wildflowers buttonholes are like nothing I’ve ever seen.
Capturing all the wonderful vintage vibes was Kerry Diamond Photography, whose eye for detail and precious moments will take you on a wonderful journey.
This lovely pair, with their big smiles and highly personalised wedding day are guaranteed to get your Sunday off to a fabulous start. Amie and Jam chose the wonderful Dewsall Court to host their celebrations, and as always, the Wainhouse Barn there looks utterly magnificent. It’s such a gorgeous space, and I love how truly unique it looks for each couple lucky enough to get married at Dewsall.
The wonderful Chris Barber took the photos, full of joy, emotion and natural moments – he always captures the day as it unfolds in his signature style. There really is only one Chris Barber…
Beautiful Dewsall Court is one of our favourite wedding venues and while it’s gorgeous all year round, I feel like Autumn is the time it truly comes into its own. The colours of the trees reflecting the tones of the brick, and the stunning Wainhouse barn sparkling with candle and fairy light make it a magical place for a fall wedding.
Rebecca and Will truly transformed the space into a seasonal wonderland, with lots of foliage and natural materials everywhere. The imagery comes from Red On Blonde, who we’ve championed for years, Hannah and Toby are excellent photographers, as well as being super fun and lovely. We also have the gorgeous film from Mrs Mashup for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy this one loves, it’ll make you want to cosy up in front of the fire…
Rebecca & Paul have got serious style and it’s all over their boho wedding at Dewsall Court in Hereford.
They got crafty and DIY’d lots of dreamcatchers to adorn the outside space and barn reception, plus their wedding attire is off the chart. Rebecca’s ‘Cleo’ Rue de Seine gown is insanely beautiful. The lace, the tassels and the gorgeous high low skirt are giving me all the feels, I’ve never seen anything like it! I love that she paired it with a flower crown and her red lip is the perfect finishing touch to such a fierce bridal look. Not to be forgotten is groom Paul in a bespoke burgundy suit, and the bridesmaids in peach Free People dresses. Together this wedding party is screaming goals!
Each image captured by Claudia Rose Carter will have you reaching for the pin button, and I can pretty much guarantee you’ll watch the Costa Sisters film on a loop you’ll be so enthralled. Enjoy.
Well this wedding is just a bohemian, rustic dream isn’t it?!
Dewsall Court is a spectacular venue in the rural county of Herefordshire, which just happens to be where I grew up – so I absolutely love sharing weddings from there. Sitting between Wales and England, and miles away from anywhere, but with stunning rolling farmland that goes on as far as the eye can see – it’s an idyllic place for a wedding. Dewsall Court can be hired out exclusively so you can have the whole place to yourselves for the weekend, which is what Danni & Rob did. It’s such a great idea as it allows more time for guests to relax, get to know one another and takes pressure off the ‘big day.’ Plus you get even more celebration time and time to soak in all the love.
And this is definitely a weekend that was full of love, and fabulous decor of course, rustic bohemian tent receptions are my favourite and the flowers and foliage in this one are just perfect. Plus Danni & Rob did a really cute display of images they’d recreated of their parents, grandparents and great grandparents together as couples when they were younger, which was a really sweet tribute, and also a great talking point for guests. Don’t worry I’ve included lots of photographs to show you how they did it…
