Intimate Same-Sex Wedding at The Roost Dalston

BUDGET £20 – 25K

Happiness radiates throughout Tony and Robs vintage styled gay wedding at The Roost Dalston. The couple both live in Australia and so had to plan the majority of their day remotely, top of their list was picking a very distinctive and eclectic venue which they definitely succeeded in, creating style and colour from the props and artwork to inspire the decor perfectly. Both of their smiles are infectious and both grooms looked extremely dapper in their M.J.Bale suits. Their intention for the day was to be as informal and intimate as possible, enjoying every moment with their closest friends and family who, for some, were meeting for the first time producing a real mix of tears and laughter throughout, I’m sure you will also be smiling your way through this same-sex celebration.

Ruffle Wedding Dress for a Contemporary London Wedding

BUDGET £37.5 – 40K

In the words of talented photographer Emma of Epic Love Story: “the style at this urban wedding is insane“. It could quite easily be mistaken for a shoot the attention to detail is so on-trend. From the bride’s incredible ruffle wedding dress right through to the gypsophila flower cloud arrangements and neon sign reception decor, we think you’ll find joy in today’s pink wedding with an incredibly smiley couple.

Balloon Wedding Arch and Sequin Bridesmaids At Century Club In London

BUDGET £37.5-40K

This wedding was definitely one big party with a balloon wedding arch and Brazilian dancers. The Century Club in London provided the perfect venue for guests to let loose and feel comfortable to dance the night away, whilst also tailoring the menu for our vegan couple. The bride looked stunning in a beautiful Sottero & Midgley dress, which she actually bought before the engagement itself, well when you know, you know! It was a real chance for everyone to let their hair down with their closest friends and family and even though it was a Winter wedding, the dance floor was on fire!

Flower Crown For Wedding Outdoors at Walcot Hall with Afternoon Tea & Glitter Bar

BUDGET £10 – 12.5K

I am completely and utterly in awe of Kayleigh and James’ laid back wedding at Walcot Hall, especially as they managed to do it in under £12.5K. They had an afternoon tea wedding breakfast, there was DIY wooden pallet signs, archery and glitter! Plus, Kayleigh’s amazing flower crown finishing off her bridal look beautifully. They also offer some amazing advice, so make sure you read to the very end.

Bride in Floral Print Bespoke Wedding Dress with Silk, Tulle and Lace Detail for an Intimate Spanish Wedding

For me, bride Barbara’s floral print bespoke wedding dress by From Lista with Love completely steals the show at this intimate Spanish wedding. The addition of lace and tulle add to its beauty as does the flattering silhouette with a drop waist, ruched long sleeves and V neck. I also absolutely adore the capture by Ramón of El Marco Rojo of the bridesmaid straightening out Barbara’s wedding veil as she sits at the altar. Such a wonderful Kate and Pipa-esque moment. With plenty more wonderful wedding day moments and details for you to swoon over too.

Hayley & Al

Well aren’t these two the sweetest?! We love a laidback festival style wedding, especially when the couple have poured their heart and soul into creating such a lovely day for their guests. Hayley and Al pretty much created everything you see below and the final result is simply joyful. Wildflowers, hand illustrated signs, ribbons and pompoms galore, it’s a riot of colour from start to finish.

Hayley looks gorgeous in her low backed gown and Al looks rather dapper in jeans and a waistcoat, we’re loving his laid back look. Images come from Livvy Hukins, enjoy!

Louise & Chris

Well this is a brilliant way of celebrating the bride and grooms cultures if ever I saw one. Spreading their wedding across three amazing London venues with the help of wedding planner Revelry Events.

First up they had an intimate ceremony at The Hospital Club in Covent Garden, followed by a Chinese wedding breakfast at Hutong at The Shard, and last but by no means least an evening reception at warehouse venue, Brixton East with Trinidadian steel pan players to kick off the party.

Both of them look sensational in stylish wedding attire. The cold shoulder sleeves on Bride Louise’s Reformation ‘Poppy’ gown are just heavenly, and really set off her bridal up do by RMW favourite Victoria Ralph Hair.

All of the captures by Story + Colour Photography are full of emotion, and will make your heart swell they are so adorable. Enjoy.

Sophie & Steve

This is an absolute corker of a wedding day, everything about it has made me smile. Sophie has fantastic taste and so everything is styled beautifully, but it still feels warm, fun and welcoming. Exactly how a big party in the great outdoors should feel! There are beautiful blooms to swoon over from Forage & Blossom, a bespoke floral tiara from the amazing Luna Bea and a buttery soft pink leather jacket customised for Sophie by Bee Davies, who also illustrated all of the gorgeous paper goods.

Images come from the wonderful Melissa Beattie who, as always, has captured the day beautifully. Enjoy lovely ones – there’s the sweetest moment involving bees that I won’t spoil for you but it’s safe to say, it made my heart soar!

Marie & Nicholas

This laid back, artistic and bohemian wedding day is just gorgeous. I’m sure it won’t surprise you that the couple is French – only French people can be this cool 😉 From the fashion, to the decor, to the dreamy images, everything is beautiful, relaxed and full of positive vibes. Marie & Nicholas found their wedding band on a trip to Berlin and convinced them to play at their wedding day, which is such a lovely story. They also gifted guests their CD which I think is the perfect way to say thank you to people for coming.

Images come from Juli Etta, whose natural, light filled style captured this creative wedding in just the right way.
