Hanging Lanterns & Colourful Dhalia Decor at Village Hall Wedding

BUDGET £30 – 35K

A warm September day set the mood for Polly and Rory’s colourful village hall wedding dressed with hanging lanterns. After thirteen years together they tied the knot in front of all their closest friends and relatives, seeing their loved ones come together from all over the world was a huge highlight for the couple. Set in Kent, the village hall hosted both the ceremony and the reception which was dressed up to the nines with colourful homegrown dahlias and bright paper lanterns. The drinks reception saw the guests testing their strength and accuracy in The Stump Game (also known as hammerschlagen) before toasting with glasses of fizz and their very own oyster shucker. Laughter filled the evening’s celebrations along with an excellent eight-piece band, combined with plenty of emotions as they shared stories during the speeches, hitting the perfect balance of humour and love.

BUDGET £10 – 15K

Ali and Malcolm decided to have their wedding at their one-bed London flat, sounds crazy right? But wait until you see their roof terrace! The bride opted for a stunning bridal jumpsuit for the evening’s celebrations which was filled with multi-coloured confetti canons, Persian sharing platters and free flowing booze including everyone’s favourite an espresso martini. Every aspect of their day was an epic DIY project apart from the flowers which the couple did originally consider doing themselves before instructing the help from a professional. The beautiful brightly coloured arrangements and floral moon gate absolutely transformed their rooftop terrace, and was the finishing touch to their whimsical day, the couple said themselves without the flowers, the day just would not have been the same.

Tweed Wedding Suit & Bridal Braid For A Three Day Christmas Celebration

BUDGET £20 – 25K

A three day Christmas themed affair set in the countryside of North Yorkshire with a tweed wedding suit and a hint of rock n roll. After meeting at a ski resort the couple wanted a winter wedding and as they are both huge fans of Christmas it was all meant to be. They picked the weekend before Christmas which meant that everyone was in such high spirits and ready to celebrate. The grooms best man is part of a rock band and they provided the evening entertainment, which even included a personal song that the band had written about the newlyweds. Crathorne Hall played host and it was the perfect backdrop opting for classic styling with hints of green and white to suit their theme. The couple booked the venue for exclusive use meaning that most of their guests could make a full weekend of it. They created an itinerary with personalised welcome gifts in everyone’s room and the celebrations kicked off at a local traditional country pub. On the third night, their closest friends and family stayed for an intimate dinner, such a lovely way to enjoy the extra time together and reminisce about the wedding.

Lottie & Oli

There is something so pure about a white colour scheme, it really is classic & timeless. Lottie & Oli have managed to compliment Owen House Wedding Barn perfectly with this neutral colour palette and in keeping with it’s rustic charm dressed it with simple but elegant DIY hessian table runners, paper lanterns, fairy lights and candles to give it a romantic ambience.

Lottie really is a beautiful bride, you would never know she’d only given birth 4 months previous as she looks absolutely stunning in her Watters ‘Jacinda’ lace & tulle gown and doesn’t look at all sleep deprived! Together they all make the perfect family & the pictures of them all together are absolutely adorable *swoon*.

I am also absolutely in LOVE with the genius idea of adding pic’s instead of place name cards, it would have been quite funny rolling up to your seat seeing an image of yourself and then there’s the neck ties, but I won’t spoil anymore, you need to check it out!
