We’re stepping back in time today to marvel at this retro blush pink wedding inspiration at Elmley Nature Reserve by Emma from Epic Love Story Photography. Channelling our inner Farrah Fawcett with a sweeping fringe, floppy hat and 70s wedding dress whilst surrounded by vibrant flowers, table decor and all the cool vibes.
When you have a couple as fun and full of personality as Laura & Jake you need a venue to match. The pub wedding venue, The Bell in Ticehurst certainly fits the bill with its famous neon sign ‘I will always love you my friend’, Edison bulbs and tuba urinals.
Having such a character filled location meant very few decorations were needed, so the couple opted for green and white wild blooms and an alternative doughnut tower wedding cake.
One thing that also radiates the page is bride Laura’s smile, she literally kept saying to photographer Emma of Epic Love Story “I’m having so much fun!’ Luckily Emma captured that feeling of pure joy in her amazing pictures so we and, our gorgeous couple can relieve the happiness again and again.
If you’ve fallen for the eccentricity of The Bell in Ticehurst too, be sure to view these contemporary weddings there as well.
It’s so lovely to see a coastal wedding gracing our pages, especially as it’s right here in the UK. The Gallivant in Camber to be exact, where the wedding party crossed the sand dunes, set off smoke bombs and looked totally fierce. Epic Love Story also captured some more intimate shots of Rachel & James dancing in the surf and walking off into the golden sunset which are just off the chart adorable.
The homemade cake, DIY decor and laid back vibes of this wedding is absolutely incredible as is the fashion. I am especially jealous of Rachel’s bright pink Hangisi Manolo Blahnik shoes, and doesn’t she look stunning in her Jesus Peiro gown.
I can’t think of a more perfect celebration to start the week with than this brightly colour woodland wedding in Tring. I’m literally in love with every single detail, but especially the adorable tree house also used as the DJ booth, and the vintage caravan bar. I mean, come on, what a way to start a party.
Before all the celebrations commenced Sarah got ready in her stunning ‘Cosmo’ Anna Sorrano gown with her gorgeous entourage of ladies, who not only had beautiful brightly coloured getting ready robes, but also stunning high street bridesmaid dresses in matching shades.
There were surprises galore, and so many moments of joy I couldn’t possibly list them all, so sit back relax and enjoy ALL the wonderful images by Epic Love Story because they really have done a sterling job at capturing all the emotion as it unfolds.
