Weddings come in all shapes and sizes, and Emma and Ned’s nuptials are proof that if you don’t want to do things the ‘traditional’ way, you don’t have to. This wonderful wedding, shot by RMW recommended photographer Johnny Dent, boasts some of the best DIY décor we’ve ever seen – just take a look at the homemade Edison bulb floral installation – and a ceremony which involves beer. Yes, beer. Find a groom, and a bride for that matter, who is not on board with that. Cheers!
This adorable couple has completely stolen my heart this afternoon. On a beautiful day at Mayfield Lavender Field, on what bride-to-be Dima thought was a normal couples portrait session, groom-to-be Nady completely surprised his now fiance with not only a gorgeous floral installation but an off the chart adorable surprise marriage proposal too. It’s not very often this magical moment in a couples history is captured so it’s especially nice to be able to share this wonderful moment with you today.
If florals are your thing, then you’re going to LOVE this afternoon’s real wedding. Bride Emma’s very talented florist Mum oversaw the floral design with a little help from Emma’s other two florist friends. Honestly – three florists to call your own?! How lucky is Emma! As expected, the floral details are just sublime, installations, bouquets and flourishes galore. You’re going to love it!
The wonderful Pennard House was Emma and Saket’s venue of choice and it’s so lovely to see that the sun shone and the couple could make the most of those gorgeous grounds with an outdoor ceremony. The gardens were also in full bloom too, making everything look extra beautiful. The relaxed and natural images from Helen Lisk are just perfect too, enjoy this one flower lovers!
Floral installations are going to be huge for 2018. It’s essentially creating a meadow-like arrangement that appears to be growing from the floor, around an arch way or on a windowsill, and the result is always absolutely stunning. Be prepared to be blown away by the florals in this shoot because they are just SO gorgeous.
The shoot comes from Style To Cherish and an awesome team of Jersey based suppliers who always create magic when they get together. I always love seeing their styled shoots as they are so fresh and original. As well as the florals, I’ve fallen hard for the table plan too and I think whatever style of wedding you’re having – you’ll find something in this shoot you love…
