Kat and Ed’s big day at Pennard House is so much more than just a stunning wedding. Yes, it is bright and beautiful, with colourful dahlias and clear September skies. Sure, bride Kat looks ravishing in her Alexander Wang racerback dress and red Nicholas Kirkwood shoes. And yes, the food by Caroline Gent Events and the unlimited crepes served from a beautifully restored 1970’s Citroen HVan sound mouth watering. But do you know what is most impressive? Kat and Ed planned all of this is only three months. That’s correct, they spent just 9 weeks planning their wedding. And, it’s perfect.

Having your day your way, means choosing which bits to spend money on, and which bits to save money on. For Kylie, bagging a bargain dress was really important, as her and Koray wanted to spend more on the flowers, entertainment, food and the photography. You’d never tell that Kylie’s dress wasn’t super expensive, she looks gorgeous and the it’s clear that the whole day really reflects these two as a couple. It’s relaxed, stylish and fun.
Images come from the lovely Olivia & Dan, who have captured every moment to perfection.
How utterly gorgeous are Sarah and Mike? They make a seriously stylish pair and their relaxed, waterside wedding in London naturally follows suit. Everything is beautifully styled, from the flowers to the fashion, and I just know the soft and romantic colour palette will be right up your street. You’ll absolutely be swooning over Sarah’s Rime Arodaky dress too, her legs go on for miles and she’s a total knock out. Then there’s the slinky dusky pink bridesmaids dresses from Reformation…honestly, I could talk for days about the gorgeousness.
But luckily for you, we’ve got the wonderful images from Krishanthi, so you can see for yourselves and there’s no need for my waffle to continue. Enjoy lovelies, this is a RMW wedding through and through.
For those of you currently planning a winter wedding, this sumptuous occasion will most definitely get you excited. Sarah is a designer, one of the duo behind the gorgeous Hope & Ivy (whose dresses the whole RMW team were swooning over) and so naturally her big day is just beautiful. The gorgeous bridesmaids dresses were designed by Sarah and you can shop a similar style here 🙂
A Yorkshire couple living in London, Sarah and Alex were determined to get married in the Dales and show their London friends the beauty of the surroundings. They even had their blessing at the family church.
All of the magic has been captured by Carla Blain in her dreamy, dark and dramatic style. Let’s take a look shall we?
This ridiculously stylish and handsome pair had me on board from the word go with their atmospheric and moving engagement shoot, shot by the one and only Jason Mark Harris and his lovely wife, Sarah of Harris Films. I just knew their River Cottage wedding was going to be gorgeous and full of fun and let’s just say it doesn’t disappoint! With understated rustic styling, incredible fashion, the fabulous food River Cottage is renowned for and even a surprise salsa dancing session for guests, it’s pretty much the perfect wedding day. With a little welly wanging and kimono wearing thrown in for good measure.
I have a feeling Andrew and Scott are going to steal your hearts, so sit back, relax and soak up all of the joy…
Adalia (such a pretty name!) and Tom had a beautiful, elegant and classic hotel wedding near Bath. They opted for white and green florals, their stationery had a touch of Art Deco about it and the fashion choices are spot on. Everything is beautiful styled but in a relaxed, understated way.
I’m loving the lace overlay on Adalia’s dress, her ‘something blue’ shoes and her gorgeous jacket for those chilly evening couple shots. She looks like the perfect winter bride, complete with a touch of sparkle in her hair. As always, Jason Mark Harris has captured everything with such atmosphere and emotion, I’ve loved looking at the images.
The sun is shining and my heart is singing at this glorious outdoor ceremony in front of the beach at Ohawini Bay, New Zealand. Apologies in advance for all the wanderlusting that will undoubtably occur.
Just wait until you see all the wedding party portraits by Miss Gen too. They are uncontrived, beautifully natural and everybody looks absolutely fabulous in their wedding attire. None more so than bride Emma in her ‘Estelle’ Sally Eagle gown.
