Destination weddings always make me swoon, especially ones in beautiful France. But today’s is extra special, I just love everything about it, from the dried flower stationery, painstakingly crafted by Emma, to her stunning Halfpenny London gown. From magical venue La Leotardie, to the bridesmaids in forest green dresses, every last detail is thoughtful but there’s nothing over-styled about it.
With a gorgeous colour palette, a textural combination of dried and fresh flowers and a selection of stylish bridal wear from the latest collection by Halfpenny London, this minimalist bridal inspiration will have you weak at the knees. Louise from One Stylish Day always creates beauty and with Agnes Black taking the images, it’s a match made in heaven.
Weddings in Cornwall always have a special place in my heart, and this one, at the stunning Boconnoc Estate is particularly gorgeous. With a little help from Knot & Pop’s consultancy service, Luciana and Tim went on to plan a wedding just brimming with thoughtful details and stylish accents.
Luciana looks every inch the Hollywood starlet in Halfpenny London, with groom Tim wearing Paul Smith. The florals by Grandirosa are in my favourite tones of soft pink and deep burgundy, really making the most of late summer blooms (and those Cafe Au Lait dahlias)!
Images come from The Curries, whose work is always perfection and I’ve included lots for you to pour over…enjoy lovely ones, it’s the perfect example of how to throw a wonderful weekend wedding.
Obviously every wedding we feature on RMW is gorgeous, but sometimes certain weddings resonate more with me. I don’t know what it is about Rosie and Sam’s big day but putting it together just left me with the biggest smile on my face. There are good vibes all round – you’ll see.
Rosie crafted and sourced most of the decor herself, along with her mum, and she loved the process so much that she now runs a prop hire and styling company, so if you’re planning a wedding in Yorkshire do get in touch. Images come from Photography34 and I think perhaps this has something to do with why I love this wedding so much, the images are just so joyful, real and honest. Enjoy lovely ones!
Sharing the latest collection from Halfpenny London always makes my heart skip a beat. Kate’s ability to create a line of bridal wear that is unique, ahead of the curve but still gorgeously wearable is second to none and there really is a dress here for every (stylish) bride. Inspired by the fabled lost city of Atlantis, this collection channels the asymmetric splendour of rugged coastlines and frothy waves caressing a sandy beach. It’s also hugely versatile with a selection of lace tops and slips/dresses to combine plus a stunning shaggy jacket that is set to be the must have accessory for all winter brides.
We have the pleasure of Kate sharing her favourite pieces from the collection on the blog this afternoon so grab a seat and get comfortable, I have a feeling you’re about to find your dream dress…
Joanna & David’s wedding day is just utterly beautiful. From the very beginning you’re drawn into their magical, intriguing location with it’s crumbling brick, lagoon like lake, elegant glasshouse and striking castle silhouette. Then there’s the warm and welcoming colour palette of rich berries, forest green and golden mustard yellow, everything looks so opulent and abundant but with an earthy, natural twist. Just wait until you see the table set up – just so dreamy.
Joanna wears Halfpenny London, which is the perfect choice for her stylish, laid back vibe. The rest of the wedding party also look gorgeous, this truly is a wonderful wedding from top to toe. Enjoy lovely ones!
I love sharing a relaxed yet stylish wedding on a Friday morning, it seems the perfect way to get the weekend started. Elly and Hugo’s London wedding combines Scottish heritage with East London cool and the result is an occasion that looked like such fun. Elly wears Halfpenny London and the way the fabric drapes is just giving me the swoons, AND it’s polka dot, even better!
There’s also a plethora of colourful blooms to enjoy and the couple have styled the venue perfectly – if I said yellow candles to you, you might think ‘whaaaaaaat?’ But trust me, along with the white walls, wooden trestle tables and blue glassware, it all looks so gorgeous.
This inspiration shoot is everything you need to see on a grey September day. Harking back to the endless summer days and frolicking in fields of lavender (we all did that right?) with the prettiest dresses from two of our favourites. Gorgeous multiway bridesmaid dresses from twobirds bridesmaid and the most stunning Halfpenny London wedding dress. Add in some delectable treats and pretty stationery and it’s the perfect muted pastel combination. Enjoy.
Country pubs, delicious pork pie and cheese towers coupled with organic blooms and vintage penguin book stationery; this is about as relaxed and utterly fabulous as it gets for a laid back wedding in the Ribble Valley. Plus the fashion is utterly divine too.
Bride Lorna wears a stunning Halfpenny London Thea gown with lace Berry jacket. There’s something so timeless about Kate’s gowns as well as stylish to boot that we’ll never tire of here at Rock My towers. Lorna completes her look with a Britten headpiece and Charlotte Mills Andi gold shoes, which are equally fabulous, and I wouldn’t mind for my very own. Now onto Groom Laurence, who looks incredibly dapper in a contrasting trousers and jacket combo; together this gorgeous couple not only look stunning, but suit the organic country vibes of their wedding perfectly.
Rachel Joyce was behind the lens capturing all the delicious details, emotion and love, so get yourself comfortable and prepare to be wowed.
