A private viewing of an art gallery definitely made this Hauser and Wirth Somerset wedding unique. And even though it was a scorcher of a day, the bride and groom made a super cool entrance at their reception in a bright orange vintage Fiat 500 car, which, as well as the leaf green bridesmaids dresses, added a pop of colour to the big day! The bride looked stunning in a lace-covered Truvelle wedding dress and it was all captured by the wonderful James Frost.
Named Stella Maris, meaning star of the sea, this beautiful property from Unique Home Stays lent itself perfectly to the inspiration shoot for Fern Godfrey Weddings. Combining beautiful florals, a blush pink wedding dress, a black tie dress code, a trio of wedding cakes (because one is never enough) and a beautiful waterside location, I’m hoping it’ll make you all want to get married in Cornwall…
Whenever weddings from James Frost arrive in our submissions platform, we all gather round the computer and wait with baited breath, as his work is always BEAUTIFUL. Chanel & Andy clearly love him as much as we do, as they pretty much knew they wanted James to capture their wedding day from the get-go. As expected, Chanel and Andy’s wedding day is also magical, taking place at the haunting San Galgano Abbey in Tuscany, a roofless ruined Abbey from the 13th century.
Chanel looks incredible in a bespoke gown by Madame Paulette, and the images of her and Andy’s first look will have you weak at the knees – it’s such a beautiful moment. There are infinite dreamy photographs to pour over from this destination wedding, so I suggest getting comfortable and savouring each and every one! And if you need a wedding photographer, James is your guy, you’ll be forever thankful that you booked him.
This wedding has caused much excitement this week at RMW towers… We’ve all fallen head over heels for it and I’m pretty sure you stylish bunch will too. Beautiful photography (James Frost always kills it), beautiful fashion (hello Hermione De Paula gown of dreams), the most amazing venue in Puglia, Italy and just the most gorgeous, happy and in-love couple you’ll ever see. The light and the setting alone is to-die-for, everything else is just a deliciously plump and decadent cherry on the top. You may recognise the groom as celebrity chef, Jun Tanaka – so naturally food played a big part in this celebration and guests enjoyed a plethora of local, seasonal dishes in the bright Italian sunshine.
Sometimes stripping it all back and turning your wedding into a proper adventure is the best thing to do. The gorgeous Jemima & Justin flew to Iceland to celebrate their union and brought close family over from Australia. The couple love to travel and so this was an excuse to tick lots more countries off their list.
Jemima looks gorgeous in an cold-shoulder dress by Pearls and Roses, proving that it’s absolutely fine for brides to be as sexy as hell for their wedding day. Ultimately, it’s about wearing your style and Jemima most definitely looks true to her beautiful self.
James Frost has captured all of the magic – the stunning Icelandic scenery and the sizzling chemistry between this loved up pair of adventurers. Without sounding insanely cheesy, these really are memories of a lifetime. (Ok so that was a little cheesy, but I don’t even care – it’s just all so beautiful).
If the words ‘candlelit wedding ceremony’ don’t make you go weak at the knees, then I don’t think this wedding is for you. If you’re not a fan of beautiful wedding dresses either, then you should probably look away now…this wedding has both. And gorgeous examples of both too!
This atmospheric, late Autumn wedding is simply gorgeous, set in the Connemara region of Ireland, at a beautiful, remote castle, it really is a magical affair from start to finish.
This mornings wedding is beautiful in every sense of the word, I’ve simply loved putting it together for you. Emily’s words paint a really accurate picture of the day, and of her and Edwards’ relationship, and so along with James’ emotive photographs you really feel as if you’re living their wedding day with them.
The pair opted to have an intimate ceremony and dinner followed by a big party the next evening, which I think is a wonderful idea if the thought of combining everything is getting too much for you. It meant they got to enjoy two fabulous venues too. The Lost Orangery from Unique Home Stays is simply magical and the perfect place to hold a stylish and elegant soiree. In fact we love the Unique Home Stays property portfolio so much that we’re currently running a competition with them, so do check it out if you’ve missed it. You could win a stay worth £995 in an incredible love nest by the sea…
But first, let’s enjoy this wedding, it’s the perfect balance of soul and style for a Sunday morning.
Kerry and Tom’s stylish Bali wedding looks like one hell of a party. I get the impression that photographer James Frost has sent us a censored version of events 😉 I think things got pretty raucous! But I don’t blame them at all – I mean just look at that venue! With the pool and incredible outdoor reception space, this is #destinationweddingoals at it’s very finest.
I’ve included one squillion images, because everyone is so gorgeous and fabulous, the decor is amazing and I’m in love the photography too. You really feel like you’re living every moment with the couple and their guests. James is actually UK based, although he shoots all over the world, so do contact him if you love the way he captures weddings.
Right, let’s get stuck in shall we?
