Getting married in Provence is truly the stuff of romantic dreams, and today Jo Bradbury and her amazing team of wedding creatives have brought that dream to reality with this dreamy inspiration shoot.
We love the simple beauty of an olive leaf and the team have used this throughout the whole shoot, creating a cohesive style perfectly suited to their sun kissed surroundings. I’m swooning hard over the dresses from Joanne Flemming too, the fabrics and colours are so striking. If you’re getting married in France make sure you check out our French real wedding features too.
When we share styled content on RMW, we try to chose things that are really inspiring and different. Things that although you may not want to recreate in their entirety for your big day – they make you rethink your approach. When Jo Bradbury sent this shoot over, I just knew it was something that would really stand out in a sea of pastels and velvet. The Coppermines Cottages acted as inspiration for the whole shoot and it’s clear to see why – it’s an awe inspiring location. I promise you that’s the Lake District, not somewhere remote and far flung. The whole team have really pulled together to create something that is incredible cohesive and stylish. I really hope you enjoy it as much as I have…
(Oh and if anyone fancies getting married here and wants to see a real wedding feature, we shared Kim & Ant’s gorgeous wedding day from Coppermines last year, do have a nosey!)
I am a little bit in love with the photography from our sponsorJo Bradbury. Capturing a beautiful editorial feel, each image is infused with natural light to give the most romantic images.
“I feel so blessed to be able to do this for a living, documenting the best of all days, and creating beautiful images is something I have strived for since the age of 14 when I picked up my first camera…and that was it…smitten! I photograph weddings in an unobtrusive, natural, artful way, using gentle posing when needed. I give my couples all the edited images and start photographing as early as they want me to and stay as late as required.”
