Gemma & Alfie

I really REALLY love this morning’s wedding. I mean how can you not like a wedding that comes complete with cones of chips around a bonfire, accompanied by a lot of sparklers, marshmallows and homemade toffee apples for the evening festivities. In all seriousness though Gemma and Alfie’s wedding comes with bags of personality and Autumnal flavour.

There are so many gorgeous touches that I don’t know what to pick out first; there’s Gemma’s oh so pretty floral crown and the fact that the Groom and Groomsmen wore tweed paired with burgundy trousers (they look flipping ACE!), the rustically styled tables (proof that you don’t need to go overboard to make something look absolutely phenomenal) and the breakdancing and the coral and pink bouquets and OH I could go on and on and on.

I’ll stop waffling and you can take a look for yourselves.

Holly & Craig

With no particular colour scheme, a nod to tea party style, a touch of vintage inspired accessories and a quirky yet pretty venue, Holly and Craig’s big day was the perfect mix of eclectic and personal. I love that their daughter Isla was so involved in the whole affair, it truly was a celebration filled to bursting with family, friends and happiness.

There are so many beautiful portraits I had to include a fair few in the gallery, not least to make sure you folks got to have a proper butchers at Holly’s stunning engagement ring and AMAZING lashes. Oh and did I mention the flowers? an absolute rustic rainbow of delight.

Enjoy the JOY you lovely lot you!

Sarah & Paul

The beach portraits of our Bride & Groom on Pembrokeshire’s coast are just gorgeous! The image of Sarah’s veil blowing in the wind is just too dreamy for words, and her bouquet well that is just a big bunch of peach heaven!

When Sarah struggled with her search to find the perfect shade of mint green Bridesmaids gowns she proved that with some clever research you can source the look & colour you desire to suit your budget without compromising on quality. Her best girls look the perfect pastel pretties stood by her side.

Look out for the gift Sarah received from Paul on the morning of the wedding, the little love heart notes are so romantic, this and the absolutely adorable portraits of Sarah & Paul at the church altar together, resonate how at ease with one another they are and utterly in love.

Emma & Tom

The Autumnal light catching Emma’s tea length Justin Alexander gown is simply magical, it shows all the beautiful intricate lace detail perfectly and Emma looks absolutely stunning wearing it along with her birdcage veil & fabulous Rachel Simpson shoes.

I love that there was no particular theme or colour scheme accept to include everything they love! Emma & Tom are keen sailor’s so that’s where the nautical themed stationery design & decor inspiration came from and of course Emma, her Father & Bridesmaid Sister just had to arrive in the childhood VW camper van even though it was only a short journey.

Everybody seems like the kindest, sweetest group, all enjoying the gorgeous rustic barn wedding and taking of sweet how utterly adorable is that home baked naked sponge cake cleverly displayed on the vintage bicycle!

Tamsin & Simon

I’ve been really looking forward to blogging today’s gorgeous wedding because the Bride is one of our favourite suppliers, the very lovely Tamsin at Studio Seed. Tamsin is quite possibly the cutest Bride ever and her wedding is just SO pretty I just know you are all going to love it.

Firstly, there is Tamsin’s bespoke Justin Alexander dress, which she embellished herself by hand. I know – serious dedication, but definitely worth it – the result is stunning. Then there’s the decor…everything you’d expect from a designer who works with a feminine and metallic palette but not necessarily what you’d expect for a Winter wedding. It works beautifully though – I think Christmas should be pink and gold from now on!

I haven’t even mentioned the sequinned Bridesmaids gowns yet have I?! Or the incredible blank space venue, Compton Verney Art Gallery…how about the seriously pretty pastel blooms from Lily Loves Flora?!

Tamsin will tell you all the details and I’ll let you enjoy the images and video from two other RMW favourites, Chris Barber and Simon Clarke Films.

Kirsten & Jean-Francois

I’m one of those people that if I see somebody cry, I cry, and that’s exactly what I did when I saw the beautifully captured images by Milda Vasile Photography of Kirsten crying when she said her vows. I also beamed like a Cheshire cat when I saw Jean-Francois smiling adoringly at his new wife when they had their cheeky ‘first look’!

Heythrop Park Resort was the perfect fairytale venue to host Kirsten & Jean-Francois’s Art Deco ‘Great Gatsby’ inspired wedding and along with their pearl, lace and vintage rose colour scheme they managed to pull off the most glamorous 1920s affair.

Kirsten also has THE most refined, sophisticated look! I’m SO in love with her hair and accessories. And her lace Justin Alexander gown is just stunning and completes the look perfectly!

Siobhan & Rich

Siobhan & Rich got married in their local church, a stones throw from Siobhan’s childhood home, with a gorgeous rustic marquee reception held after at Rectory Farm in Madingley.

Siobhan wore the most beautiful fishtail Justin Alexander dress, and looked absolutely incredible! Her complimenting lace hair piece was tailor made by Botias, who also did her hair and make up. She looks like a 1940s starlet!

Rich’s son, Reggie took pride of place next to his Dad as the Best Man, and it looks like things got a little emotional during Reggie’s speech (too cute). After the speeches the Bride & Groom & both parent’s took part in an epic game of Mr & Mrs – The Paddle Round, but I won’t tell you how that ended, it’s a goody!

Emily & Grant

Even though it rained pretty much on & off during Emily & Grant’s special day it certainly doesn’t look as though it dampened their spirits. They are such a gorgeous couple and their smiles literally light up the page! Their photographer Caroline Hancox has captured the sweetest portrait pictures of them both, so fun & full of life. Even a spot of thunder and lightening in the slightly leaky church didn’t stop all the fun!

The church that Emily & Grant got married in is a sentimental church to the family as it married Emily’s Grandparents, Mother & Father, Aunties & Uncles and even christened some of them too! How lovely to have been able to join that long line of family tradition and become part of the history for generations to come.

SO many pretty pastel DIY details and fabulous homemade gestures, it certainly is the wonderful country village fete wedding they were hoping for.

Bryony & Chris

Bride Bryony had a clear vision of her dress, accessories, venue and decor and boy did she pull it all off! She looks absolutely stunning in her lace fishtail Justin Alexander wedding dress and her headpiece is AMAZING, I’m so glad she managed to source one in time, it completes her look perfectly. I haven’t even got to the shoes yet – oh the shoes!

The rustic botanical element of this wedding is heavenly, with so many wild flower pots, vases and wooden crates it must have been like bringing the outdoors in! The moss covered table plan in particular is a work of art!

Such a DIY packed personal wedding incorporating the brides own stables and horses and a bagpiper to compliment her Scottish roots. We just know you’re going to be blown away. Enjoy!
