Watters Wedding Dress for Intimate Same-Sex Wedding in Ireland

We are spoiling you this morning with not one, but two beautiful brides both wearing a Watters wedding dress. The intimate celebration was held at the picturesque Ballymagarvey Village in Ireland where their 52 guests were treated to an elegant ceremony followed by a romantic fairy light dinner. Garden games and a selfie mirror were on hand to entertain the close family and friends who had traveled from all over the world to help this glamorous couple celebrate their big day. It was the first time the bride’s families had met each other and it seems they definitely got on like a house on fire and made sure the dancefloor was never empty!

An idyllic ceremony by the pond at this Micklefield Hall wedding. The same-sex couple both chose beautiful lace bride dresses for their big day, with the bridesmaids and man-of-honour wearing navy outfits for the celebration. This wedding was full of personal touches and rustic charm, including tree slice centrepieces, a photo frame table plan, a naked wedding cake along with singing waiters who gave everyone a surprise and wowed the guests. And check out the four-legged friends that made a special appearance, the couple’s dachshunds looking super dapper in bowties, definitely bringing the cute factor to this big day!

Geometric Dome Boho Inspiration at Camp Katur with Muted Colours

Woodland wedding venue, Camp Katur in Yorkshire has recently included a Geometric Dome to their setting and it’s just gorgeous! Completely translucent so you can bring the outdoors in, whilst being protected from the elements. And completely gorgeous in its own right with its wonderful structure and uniqueness. Jen from My Pretties has shown us exactly how to take advantage of the space by giving us some gorgeous bohemian inspiration to drool over. She’s hung stars from the ceiling, added a wonderful altar draped in fabric and included the sweetest tablescape full of natural decor. We should also mention models Phousa and Claire who are in fact a real same-sex couple and are just the most beautiful of brides in boho dresses by Rolling in Roses.

Love is most certainly in the air at this lesbian wedding, with same-sex couple Katy & Myrthe showing us how to have a rustic celebration in style. They drape fairy lights from Askham Hall’s ceiling, tape fern leaves to the walls and include an abundance of pastel flowers, potted plants and on the day stationery and signs from RMW recommended supplier Lilac and White. Homemade Macrame Wedding Backdrop and Favours for a Same Sex Wedding at The Barns at Hunsbury Hill

I am so in awe of all the personal details and dedication that has gone into this same-sex barn wedding. Firstly, hours and hours were spent handcrafting the macrame wedding backdrop and favours, and secondly for over 40 years one of the brides Grandma’s collected wishbones for wedding guests to break after the wedding speeches. Gorgeous Kate and Nat chose the wonderfully quirky Le Petit Chateau as their wedding venue, with it’s magical ceremony room, oak-beam ceilinged party room and the gorgeous grounds, it makes a truly special place to tie the knot. The girls have some great advice on planning a wedding with two brides, and while in essence, it’s exactly the same as planning a wedding with a bride and groom, there are a couple of extra things to think about 🙂 Dresses, being one!
