I’m pretty sure I’ve died and gone to bohemian heaven thanks to this stunning wedding, which is intimate, classy, trendy, rustic and romantic all in one. Multicultural couple Loredana & Jonatan live in Sweden but planned their dream day in Spain, inviting their guests to join them for three days of celebrations at the magical Marqués de Montemolar in Altea. The perfect October weather is matched by the picture perfect décor, with a macrame table plan, copper chairs, outdoor banquet table and floral arch. And then there’s our bride, in an utterly spectacular boho chic dress. Plus, the Orthodox ceremony involves a crown. Enough said.
Emma & Ali tied the knot at Emma’s parents’ vacation house in the south of France. I mean what could be more perfect than a French farmhouse wedding? Bride Emma looks simply stunning in Leanne Marshall, with loose curls of dreams.
Flourishes of sentiment are what makes this wedding extra special. Every detail is personal, well planned and is dripping in guest satisfaction, full of laughter, sunflowers, beautiful sunsets, and lots of French wine!
I honestly don’t know anybody who doesn’t like balloons – they’re just so happy and never fail to make you smile! And they make such a simple yet striking backdrop to Claudia and Mirko’s outdoor wedding ceremony. Surrounded by lush gardens on a terrace in sunny Barcelona, there wasn’t really any need for more decor – the balloons were just enough.
Claudia’s Bridal look follows the same ethos too – simple but very stylish. It’s a combination of gowns created by her Mum and a seamstress and you can tell it was made for her by how beautiful and comfortable she looks in it. The last minute addition of fresh flowers to her pretty braid is perfect too, a little touch of bohemia.
The whole wedding feels very organic and just like a big party really, which is exactly what it should be! Thanks to Marcos Sanchez for the lovely photography too.
My heart literally swelled when I started viewing the adorable first look pictures captured by the oh so talented Marcos Sánchez. Seriously you have to see them, it’s SO good for the soul. I literally felt every emotion as Bride Debbie glamorously walked up to her dapper Groom in her stunning Raimon Bundo gown and then as Giorgio turned to face her he just bursts with utter delight & pure love, it’s just SO, so lovely.
I absolutely LOVE the industrial vibe of the ceremony and reception venues. Both moderately decorated with red stems in vases, petals lining the aisle and a gorgeous heart wreath at the altar, keeping the main focus on the pure raw natural beauty of the buildings and surroundings.
They complete their fabulously stylish affair with an adorable heart balloon send off and sparkler exit. You just have to see…..
Laura & David live in rainy & cloudy Amsterdam so took full advantage of the warm Spanish weather and picturesque countryside and enjoyed a relaxed outdoor ceremony with loved ones sharing readings and heart felt personal messages; everybody also danced the night away under festoon lights and ate al fresco; my idea of heaven and the perfect destination wedding!
Each image captured by the talented Marcos Sánchez has a stunning golden aura surrounding it making them extra dreamy. I loved SO many of the portraits of Laura & David that I couldn’t resist sharing nearly all of them!
One) because Laura & David are SO so beautiful and fabulously dressed! You wait until you see Laura’s backless Laure De Sagazan gown and floral headpiece, if you’re anything like me, your chin will drop to the floor and your be swooning for days! David is ever bit the handsome bearded Groom too in his bow tie and dapper Lander Urquijo suit.
And two) because they are so evidently in love! They are literally beaming from ear to ear, and giggling and just having the time of their lives. Simply adorable!
