Cora & Rob

Cora and Rob were one of the last couples to get married at Brixton East, which is fabulous for them, as it’s such a wonderful, versatile, warehouse inspired space (of which we don’t have many in the UK) and sad for us – as the venue currently isn’t open.

If you’re after a wedding with a similar relaxed vibe, that is all about the food and drink, then try giving their event planner, Chris Adnitt a call. With Cora and Rob’s brief, he’s created a day that was all about the fun, making the most of that gorgeous space.

Look out for one of my favourite ever bridal fashion combinations – a pair of red Faber Novella shoes and a gorgeous bespoke minimalist wedding dress by Bon Bride…Cora looks divine, don’t you agree?

Anabel & Callum

Millar Cole Photography delivers a dream in imagery. Hoxton Hall isdraped in enough faux foliage to recreate a forest for this “Turkish / Scottish / Victorian theatrical riot” of a wedding.

Self-styled by the Bride, Anabel, the day is a perfect combination of her husband’s Scottish roots with her Turkish heritage and is carried out with such romanticism and creativity. The venue is dressed impeccably, especially the table decor. It reminds me of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Nights Dream, whimsical, dreamlike and packs a punch to the senses.

Anabel says her I Do’s dripping in 1950’s layered vintage lace from House Of Vintage Bride but changes to a hot pink 1970’s caped evening dress for dancing.

With Entertainment at the top of the budget for this wedding, you can see it is well spent,  it looks like everyone had a total blast.

Spoiler, things you’ll want to pin – lace vintage, Croque en Bouche, faux foliage, how to dress your venue, favours.

Rachael & Josh

What could be more perfect to follow a snowy weekend, than a gorgeous winter wedding at the magical Huntsham Court in Devon? Rachael & Josh met on the slopes so a wintery weekend long house party felt like the perfect way to celebrate their wedding. Taking over the whole estate for the weekend, we can only imagine how much fun was had…there was excellent food, excellent wine and clearly excellent company as the images from Ben at Millar Cole show!

As well as all of the wedding frolics, the fashion is rather delicious too, with Rachael looking gorgeous in a bespoke gown and cashmere jumper – the perfect outfit for keeping the chill at bay. Enjoy this one beauties, it’s a lovely dose of cosiness for a snow day…

Rachel & Peter

There’s nothing quite like a blush pink marquee wedding in your friends back garden to start the week off. It’s no ordinary garden either, it is the garden of dreams complete with Victorian swimming pool.

Despite weather forecasts of heatwaves, there was a flash flood which prevented suppliers from getting to the marquee and gardens. Thankfully lots of family and friends were on hand to ensure the nuptials went ahead as planned, and what a beaut of a day it was. How can you not adore all those blooms, the cake, table plan and step ladder full of jam favours.

Bride Rachel and her best girls look absolutely heavenly too in Candy by Monique Lhuillier, and pink BHLDN dresses, with Millar Cole capturing some absolutely gorgeous moments of them all together, not to mention some truly adorable couple portraits in the gardens and by the pool. You ready to swoon? Then we shall begin…

Georgie & Jack

Uh oh. I have another new favourite wedding. It’s getting a bit out of control really and I know I’m biased, but I just can’t help it! We really do feature THE best weddings!!! Georgie and Jack’s big day has put a huge smile on my face and I’ve had to stop myself from sending a million sneak peaks to the rest of the team. I LOVE weddings that are held at home, there’s just something so relaxed about everything, people are really carefree and happy. That sentiment just pours out of these images from Ben at Millar Cole Photography.

The couple portraits are particularly special in this wedding, so make sure you look out for those, as well as the rainbow tassel bunting made by Georgie and her family and friends. Who also happened to do the beautiful flowers too! What a talented and creative bunch they are.

Right, let’s dive in shall we…it’s a veritable feast for the eyes and you’ll want to savour this one slowly.

Kate & Terry

Aynhoe Park in Cambridgeshire is always a show stopping venue with its animals, antiques and Matthew Williamson decor, but add a seriously cool couple, stylish decor and dry ice desserts and you have a truly immense summer wedding.

Kate’s bespoke grey organza gown with gold flecks is so unique and just unbelievable fabulous in every way. She designed it her self, adding 7000 Swarovski crystal beads, swallows to represent the birds on the necklace Terry gifted her when he proposed, and written on the hem their names and the lyrics to their first dance, The Power of Love by Gabrielle Aplin. SO romantic.

A special mention for the fabulous five tier cake too. Homemade by Terry’s talented mum who hand crafted every flower in sugar icing or rice paper. Replicating the Swarovski pearls from Kate’s dress in icing and even hiding a miniature sausage dog within the cake to represent their dachshund Dave!

If you’re looking for the WOW factor, this wedding is definitely right up your street, with every detail captured beautifully by Millar Cole Photography for us to swoon over and pin.
