The sun is out and we’re most definitely full of joy, just like this gorgeous couple taking centre stage at this inspiration shoot. Natalie Ellen Weddings and Fleur and Fig have cleverly mixed modern monochrome touches with femininity using statement dresses from Morgan Davies Bridal and delicate flowers by Monstera Floral Design. Plus we have some epic wedding signage by our reccommened suppliers, Made by Wood and Wood and a cake of dreams.
There really is nothing I love more than a relaxed wedding just full of family, friends and fun. And clearly Hannah and Rich feel the same, as they chose the Clapton Country Club for their wedding for that very reason – it was a venue that allowed them to have loads of guests (tricky to find in London), it looks beautiful and can be transformed into a space fit for a wedding with just a dash of greenery and some festoon lights.
Images come from husband and wife duo, Emily and Steve, who this gorgeous pair found via Instagram. It’s such a good tool for finding and connecting with suppliers, and don’t forget to follow RMW on Instagram too!
Ok, let’s face it when your wedding venue is Soho Farmhouse you have already racked up some serious awesome points. Mix in an insanely beautiful, vintage style dress by Jesus Peiro from Morgan Davies Bridal, a dapper Groom in not one but two epic suits from Beggars Run, stunning bell sleeve Bridesmaid dresses, Tambourine wedding favours personalised with hand Calligraphy, obvs, and walk in to your wedding reception to ‘Return of the Mac’! We’re all over it. All, over, it!
Soho Farmhouse manages its internal catering, planning and floral design with a creative flair that I suppose you should expect from Oxfordshire’s exclusive resort, however, it delivers above and beyond and each respective area should be celebrated for that.
Delighted Lee Robbins from deliciously cool Robbins Photographic shared this magic with us and we get to share it with you.
I am alllllll over the rustic come industrial mix of this wedding. It is completely charming, relaxed and ruddy gorgeous. Battersea Arts Centre was made for weddings like this.
We were pleased to hear Phil and Maria found most of their suppliers through The List, now The List, Rock My Weddings supplier directory where you can find the photographer of this wedding Beartrici Photography and the beautiful florals from Daisy Ellen Floral Designs
Apparently, Maria & Phil played a hilarious film of themselves playing Clueless and Top Gun whilst their guests ate popcorn and held a surprise impromptu ceremony afterwards. This is just amazing!
There isn’t one image captured by RMW fav Frances Sales Photography that isn’t full of emotion, love, happiness, and pure pretty. I absolutely adore the gorgeous peach and cream colour scheme. It compliments the rustic tipi perfectly, and echos the gorgeous tones of the golden hour sky. How romantic are those portraits?
Bride Jo looks simply from head to toe in a ‘Wren’ Willowby gown, Richard Designs headpiece and fabulous Jimmy Choo pumps. Not to mention her beaming smile, which she and her beau are constantly sporting.
Such a happy, joyous wedding for a Monday morning. Come see…
How pretty is this shoot?! It’s definitely got me wanting to don a pretty gown and languish on a sofa in a forest with a handsome fellow 😉 The gowns used in this shoot are from Morgan Davies Bridal, boutiques we know are very popular with our lovely readers. And the dresses are the perfect elegant sartorial addition to this detail-rich shoot…honestly, it’s bursting at the seams with pretty styling. We love the idea of French country meets chic meets iconic British venue – it works perfectly, and the team have created such a feminine and pretty look.
For all of you girly girls out there, get your pinning fingers at the ready, it’s such a pretty one…
I can’t think of a better way of starting the morning than pouring over this stunning country wedding. Set in the most idyllic location, across a river and quaint suspension bridge to reveal the most fabulous rustic tipi reception in Tim’s parents secluded garden.
To continue with the dreaminess, wait until you see Bride Eve’s fabulous Augusta Jones fishtail wedding dress. It has the most delicate lace neckline that gently skims her shoulders meeting in an elegant low back V and the silhouette of the gown was made for her.
It’s all about wonderful textures and colours today – I’m in love with this bohemian outdoor wedding inspiration shoot from a fabulous bunch of ladies. Alice, wedding and event stylist extraordinaire from Fleur de Lace, along with photographer Hayley Pettit has created and captured a woodland scene that we just want to dive right into – feathers, lace, colourful blooms, succulents spray painted gold and divine gowns kindly lent by Morgan Davies Bridal – ALL things that make our hearts sing.
I’m particularly loving the make up too – the perfect combination of a metallic smokey eye and a bold lip – neither is too strong and so they work beautifully together. An excellent job by Make Up By Katie. The models skin looks flawless too!!
And the stunning floral arrangements from Pots in Bloom are some of the loveliest I’ve seen – what gorgeous centrepieces these displays would make. And wait until you see the bouquet!! My jaw dropped. Seriously gorgeous work.
Bridesmaids in yellow never fail to make me happy. And Bride Sara found her lovely maids such a pretty little number from Coast that’s just perfect for a summer wedding.
Sara herself wore a deliciously light and floaty Jesus Peiro number which she accessorised with delicate pearl earrings and such a pretty creamy white bouquet.
The fashion stakes were maintained by the mini people too – just wait until you see the flower girls in their gypsophila crowns and the little dude in his bow tie – seriously cute!
Given that Sara and Ed had such a lot of little people at their wedding, they hired the services of Safe & Sound to look after the children so that parents could relax. It’s such a great idea and it looks like the kids had just as much fun at the wedding as the grown ups did…
