Christmas Wedding In Northern Ireland With Tea-Length Bride Dress

Summer may be creeping up on us, but this Christmas wedding is giving us all the winter feels. A tea-length bride dress with an ostrich feather hem was the perfect choice for this beautiful seasonal celebration. A cosy affair with just 35 guests made up of close friends and family. The Georgian country venue, Hillmount House, in Northern Ireland was the perfect venue for this intimate wedding weekend – including the two pet dogs who attended! The long banquet table was littered in warming candles with gold candlesticks and jewel coloured florals, finished off with a hanging flower and foliage chandelier above head. It looks so warm and cosy, just proof that small weddings can be just as beautiful as big ones!

Nautical Wedding on SS Nomadic Boat in Belfast with Black Tie Dress Code

Join us on board the SS Nomadic for a multi-venue nautical wedding that takes us on a wonderful tour of Belfast, before transporting us to sea aboard the boat that tendered the Titanic. Ruth & Alan’s day starts with an intimate church wedding, followed by lunch in the trendy back streets of the city before a big party on the last remaining White Star Line vessel. A vintage Routemaster bus, black tie dress code and retro close harmony trio add to the glamour of this gorgeous day, which includes a bride in pretty Jesus Peiro and bridesmaids in mint green Maids to Measure.

Bianca & Simon

With Old Hollywood vibes and dreamy images from Carla Blain Photography, I feel like this wedding is going to sweep you off your feet.

The industrial former mill venue, Riverdale Barn, is all exposed brick and flag stone floors, which contrast beautifully with the glamour brought to proceedings by Bianca and her beautiful girls in charcoal grey multiway dresses. This is a stylish, laid back wedding full of joy – just how we like it.

Charlotte & Paddy

Elegant black tie weddings are fast becoming one of our favourite looks on RMW at the moment. First adopted by our American friends and finding their way over the Atlantic ocean to grace our beautiful wedding features too.

The groomsmen opt for dapper tuxedos and the bridal party gowns are always absolutely jaw dropping. This is certainly true of bride Charlotte in her lace Badgley Mischka wedding dress with detachable train. Seriously, wow!

Charlotte and Paddy compliment their attire with a timeless grey, white, greenery and gold colour scheme, and together with Mood Events and Floralearth they style the marquee at Tullyveery House in N. Ireland with epic results. Think greenery table runners, hanging installations and romantic taper candles.

Now get those pinning fingers ready because The Lou’s have captured it all to perfection.

Olivia & Emmet

Be still my boho dreaming heart! What an absolute feast this laid back, boho barn vibes wedding is. Olivia, the bride, looks sensational in a bridal separate from French designer Rime Arodaky, sourced from The White Gallery

There is something really lovely about an outdoor ceremony, especially at Larchfield Estate in Northern Ireland. Lush grounds with extra flowers, I mean obviously this has our swoon radar off the charts and yours will be too.

The magic that is TenTwentyOne Photography strikes again!

Joanna & David

Joanna & David’s wedding day is just utterly beautiful. From the very beginning you’re drawn into their magical, intriguing location with it’s crumbling brick, lagoon like lake, elegant glasshouse and striking castle silhouette. Then there’s the warm and welcoming colour palette of rich berries, forest green and golden mustard yellow, everything looks so opulent and abundant but with an earthy, natural twist. Just wait until you see the table set up – just so dreamy.

Joanna wears Halfpenny London, which is the perfect choice for her stylish, laid back vibe. The rest of the wedding party also look gorgeous, this truly is a wonderful wedding from top to toe. Enjoy lovely ones!

Alison & Kerry

I’m loving the colourful and kitsch feel to Alison and Kerry’s big day. The aim was ‘like a grannies house’ and I think that’s most definitely been executed! There’s a definite sense of nostalgia to their decor, but in a colourful, joyful and celebratory way. It’s warm, welcoming and you just want to dive in and join the party. The pair chose The Moody Boar as their venue because it has a reputation for great food – an excellent way to chose a venue as far as I’m concerned. I’m also a sucker for a beautiful courtyard, so it’s right up my street. Strewn with bunting in the Northern Irish sunshine – it all looks rather lovely.

Images come from Holly and Lime Photography, who have truly captured all of the emotion of the day…
