There’s nothing more joyous than seeing children running around having fun. Even more so when they are your flower girls wearing outfits you’ve chosen, and it’s your wedding day. Blush, rose, peach, pastel-pink. Call it what you will, this hue of gown will transcend all seasons, trends and venues. Blush bridesmaid dresses will look just as perfect in a garden wedding as they will in a fairy-tale castle. And they will suit the skin types of all your best girls. I should know: I recently had the honour of being a bridesmaid for my best school friend Lucy. I’m olive skinned and was nervous that a pale pink wouldn’t suit me, but it’s totally put blush on my shopping radar.
Autumn is well and truly here, there’s a distinct chill in the air and the leaves are all manner of beautiful shades. This makes me very excited for lots reasons, crispy leaves, steaming hot mugs of hot chocolate and naturally the plethora of gorgeous hued bridesmaids dresses hitting the shelves right now.

Yellow is everywhere right now. It’s a shade we’ve long loved, having championed it on numerous occasions in the past and it appears the happiest of colours is back with a bang. Perfect for your best girls right now, but also making the ideal brightly coloured addition to their occasionwear wardrobe. My personal fave, the Needle & Thread maxi, is described, rather wonderfully, as ‘sunflower’ colour, which truly makes me feel warm inside. But whether you’re after sunflower, mustard, lemon, buttercup or good old sunshine yellow, you’ll find a dress in our edit to suit..

But I’ve just taken on another new role – a bride!
Is anyone else feeling a little sad this morning? Post wedding blues are one thing, but post Royal Wedding blues have completely floored us. What a wedding guys! WHAT a wedding!!! As expected, Harry and Meghan’s big day was gorgeous to look at, but I don’t think any of us realised it would be quite so moving and poignant. There were moments that literally moved the world to tears, it felt like a global celebration of love and there’s nothing more magical than that. Here are five things we’ve taken to heart from the Royal Wedding that we think you, as Brides-to-be, should too…
Royal Wedding fever has well and truly taken over RMW HQ. Today we’re deliberating over bridesmaid looks fit for a Royal Wedding. Meghan has some seriously stylish ladies in her life, such as fashion PR Jessica Mulroney, society style queen Millie Mackintosh and global trend setter Olivia Palermo (whose own bridal look inspired thousands of brides to wear cashmere for their big days), so we’re really excited to pore over their outfits on Saturday.
In the meantime, we’ve collaborated on this really fun sponsored post with PANDORA to bring you our predictions on what they might be wearing. There are some gorgeous gowns and PANDORA jewellery below – get ready to swoon and send lots of links to your own bridal party…
