Sarah & James

This morning we’re heading to the Azores, for an elopement in a volcano. Don’t worry it’s no longer active, just incredibly beautiful! Now a lake known as ‘Lake of Fire’ it was the perfect backdrop for Sarah and James’ elopement. Adriana Morais was there to capture all the magic – the light, the mist and the amazing vibrant greenery; this really does look like a once in a lifetime experience. It’s making me want to go on an adventure! How about you?

Vanessa & Tom

Well if this wedding doesn’t make you want to pack up your bags and head straight to Portugal, then I don’t know what will…the whole day is just a delight from start to finish. Bride Vanessa is a designer with a newly launched wedding styling business, so naturally, her and Tom’s big day is just beautiful. I love the way they’ve opted for very simple, clean decor as this feels perfect for a cool dinner under the baking hot Portugal sun. The venue, which just happens to be Vanessa’s mothers house, is incredible and the pair were very lucky to hold their nuptials there.

Vanessa and Tom’s magical wedding day (or should I say weekend) was captured by Ali Paul, whose style is just dreamy. The couple portraits are SO romantic and Ali has captured all the fun too.

Jackie & Pete

So… Jackie & Pete are a little bit gorgeous aren’t they? As is their dreamy beach wedding. The white sand, crystal blue waters and warm mediterranean sun, mixed with the planning talents of Susanna from Algarve Events have made this desert island wedding a coastal dream.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, bride Jackie’s Inbal Dror wedding dress, especially those long, lace sleeves, and as for the way her and her maids arrived, well, talk about travelling in style.

Jade Osborne Photography really captures all the gorgeousness as it unfolds, so much so you’ll be booking those flights to the Algarve before you know it!

Ali & Jon

Sun drenched and incredibly romantic this black tie wedding at The Quinta Manor House in Portugal is going to knock your socks off.

Beautiful styled by Peony and Blush Weddings with greenery and white florals, elegant gold accents and festoon lights. Have you seen the table scape yet? Just WOW!

Rory Lindsay‘s photography really makes you feel like you are there with the couple, enjoying every moment of their vintage, destination wedding, which is more than fine by me.

Andrea & Jorge

Talk about WOW. This nature infused destination wedding is certainly something to write home about.

Andrea and Jorge fell in love with Luz Houses, in central Portugal after a romantic getaway there. They used their powers of persuasion and love for its natural beauty to convince the owners to allow them to say their I do’s there too.

Taking inspiration from all the greenery they used the gorgeous surrounding to frame their boho wedding. Adding a truly beautiful long trestle table for the wedding breakfast, and the most amazing arch to frame their dessert table. Not to mention the rustic bouquets, which were lovingly put together by the brides aunt.

Maria Rão Photography has certainly captured the spirit of this carefree wedding as well as all those delicious details for you to pore over and pin. Shall we take a look?

Kyria & Kevin

Your jaw is going to hit the floor when I tell you how much Kyria’s gorgeous bridal separates cost. The floaty skirt was lovingly made by Kyria’s Mum, using material bought from Fabric Land for a mear £20, and the lace crop top was a steal at £25 from Missguided. I know, unbelievable right. I told you you’d be impressed, especially as she looks stunning.

This whole bohemian beach wedding is utterly dreamy. Sandy shores, crystal sea and the glorious sun beaming down on you as you say I do under a DIY flower pergola must have been pure heaven. Then there’s the mis-match pastel bridesmaid dresses and Kevin’s map back waistcoat, plus a whole host of other creative DIY projects and fabulous inspiration to pour over.
