We are ending this week on a total high with this chic Town Hall Wedding London for our couple Kate and Will – not the Kate and Will but they were definitely royalty for the day! The Bride wore a polka-dot tea-length Zimmerman dress to show off the espadrille style shoe she had chosen. An informal and relaxed ceremony was followed by a trip in a classic big red bus to the reception venue, The River Cafe. With flowers picked from the Groom’s family garden, this wedding was so effortlessly stylish! And this was just one of their days…this afternoon we will feature part-two, which we know you’re going to love as well!

Thursdays are the new Friday’s right?! Well, it certainly is in today’s instance as we bring you an uber fun London wedding with lights, installations, flower cloud, bridal cape and smoke bombs! I know, what a treat! We’re certain you are going to have the time of your life pouring over the amazing captures by Lex Fleming Photo. Make sure you keep an eye out for the urban wedding party portraits and the picture of the bride and groom surrounded by football fans after England’s 2-0 victory against Sweden in the World Cup 2018. We can guarantee you’ll want to join them! I was in London on that very hot day back in July and the atmosphere was electric!
Rose and Josh weren’t worried if their day was ‘perfect,’ they just wanted a fun relaxed Manchester wedding that truly reflected them. When things got stressful, and even with a terror threat, they remembered that “it’s about the marriage, not the wedding”. They supported local businesses where they could including Sarah at Pink Cocoa who brought their wedding cake vision to life, beautifully mimicking the hand-painted watercolour design Rose’s oldest friend illustrated for the wedding invitations. What a lovely personal touch.
Love, laughter and a very happily ever after as we celebrate this amazing couples city wedding at East London wedding venues, Hackney Town Hall and Singer Tavern. You will be able to feel every emotion as you swoon over the wedding portraits by recommended supplier Joanna Bongard and film by This Modern Revelry. Not only will they swell the heart, but they’ll undoubtedly put you in the mood for the weekend too!
The best thing about working at Rock My Wedding is seeing all the innovative ways couples decorate their weddings. People’s true personalities really shine through and you get a sense for what couples are really like. We can tell from Caroline & Dan’s gorgeous balloon cloud they are a super stylish, incredibly fun couple. They also give great advice to future newlyweds “Just do you”. Don’t try and please anyone else, do the things you want, have the food you like and revel in a day that’s all about you both. Just be a bit selfish and don’t worry too much what people think – the main thing is you have the best time.” Here, here!
This elegant London wedding – and stunning statement floral arrangement – is exactly what I need to add some magic to my mid-week. The beautiful blooms are mirrored by an equally beautiful bride, wearing the Carenne dress by Charlie Brear, accessorised with a fabulous lace jacket and porcelain flowers in her hair. I love the photo of Jess swishing her dress around in the doorway of Town Hall Hotel. The styling is completed with a semi-naked cake by one of RMW’s handpicked List members, Little Bear Cakery, a champagne table studded with succulents, and a copper frame table plan. Come on in and be captivated by Jess’ beaming smile and sublime sense of style.
Cosmopolitan couple, Sophie & Taro, planned this lush London wedding from their home in Tokyo – and it’s a knockout. Bride Sophie took inspiration for the botanical styling after falling in love with Rewritten‘s marine green bridesmaid’s dresses; little wonder they are one of RMW’s recommended suppliers when they can clad your besties so beautifully and create your colour scheme. Sophie’s stunning gown also comes courtesy of another RMW fashion favourite, Grace Loves Lace, whose Verdelle dress, with its lace cape and low square back, is the height of contemporary cool. With tantalising touches throughout the day, including a neon sign to designate the altar and a four-tier Lily Vanilli cake, this wedding is a truly tasty treat.
Today’s stylish London wedding is proof that, sometimes, less is more. With a small guestlist of friends and family who flew in from all over the world, Australian-couple Gemma and Daniel were able to ensure that everyone was seriously well looked after, opting for a private room at Somerset House and gifting Evermore candles as favours (not to mention a pitstop for espresso martinis between the ceremony and reception; one way to make sure all your guests get where they need to be on time!). The monochrome styling – with white bridesmaids dresses, black tuxedos and white roses – is seriously sophisticated and a timely reminder that often the colours which shine brightest are the classics.
