Teresa & Peter

Get me to Santorini stat!  A destination wedding to swoon at is just the ticket for this long winter and oh my gosh this wedding is absolutely stunning. Completely intimate, just the bride and groom, I mean how romantic is that?

This adventurous couple travelled from the US to Santorini because it was the bride’s dream. Organised and styled by Tie The Knot Santorini it just goes to show that even the most intimate of weddings can feel grand.

Photographer Nadia Meli has captured this wedding beautifully, the day, the sunset and Santorini at dusk, all the heart eyes.

Cheryl & Jak

Ohhh beautiful Cripps Barn, I don’t think I’ll ever tire of seeing weddings from there, which is truly testament to what an incredible venue it is. Cheryl and Jak filled the spaces there with gorgeous floral arrangements, quirky skiing details and lots and lots of twinkly fairy lights.

And those ski details? Make sure you read these cuties engagement story as that will explain it all 🙂 Thanks to lovely Katy at Katy & Co. for the gorgeous images!

Nadia & Michael by Irene Yap Photography Pin Image

Nadia & Michael

Nadia & Michael undoubtedly had their day their way. From the Townhall hotel wedding venue chosen for sentimental reasons, to the bright florals and all those delicious meringue treats. Not to mention Nadia’s beautiful blush bridal separates, consisting of a tulle skirt and detailed corset top.

When there’s contemporary vibes and a whole lot of love on display, I can’t think of a better photographer to capture all the precious moments than Irene Yap Photography.

Beckie & Adam

These two mega babes truly have a love story of our time. They met on ITV’s dating show, Take Me Out, fell madly in love and here they are, getting married. And getting married in style at that…Beckie and Adam stayed true to their own tastes and personalities throughout their big day, wearing outfits they loved, filling their reception space with cacti and just generally throwing a massive party. Including a set from So Solid Crew. Yes, you read that correctly.

Also, make sure you look out for Adam’s twin brother – who actually wore a badge to distinguish himself from the man himself…and people still got the pair mixed up. Images come from Joanna Bongard whose relaxed style is just perfect for this pair and naturally, the film is by the infamous Costa Sisters, who again suit Beckie and Adam’s rockstar vibe to a tee.

Karen & Jonathan

I’ve been looking forward to blogging this gorgeous wedding for a while. As soon as Matt Horan sent over some sneak peaks I knew it was going to be something special. Sharing the images with the team and judging their reactions, it was clear that it was going to be more than special – this wedding is truly extraordinary. Karen and Jonathan filled their venue with cherry blossom and the result is nothing short of spectacular. Throw in some serious attention to detail on the decor, a bronze hued Watters wedding dress and some stunning florals and you’ve got yourselves a dream wedding day.

As always, the images from Matt Horan are beautiful – all the light and love captured in such a magical way. And bonus points to Karen and Jonathan who discovered Matt via Rock My Wedding and flew him out to California to capture their big day. It was worth every penny, as you’re about to see…

Lauren & James

Those of you who have been following Rock My Wedding for a while will recognise today’s gorgeous Bride & Groom, as Lauren was one of our Real Brides last year. It’s always a pleasure to share their weddings when we’ve followed their planning journeys – through the dress stresses and the endless wedmin tasks! If you missed Lauren’s posts, you can catch up with them here, for a bit of background about her big day.

Lauren’s wedding was one we were really looking forward to as she had pondered a few times about whether her decor ideas would all come together – and they most certainly did. It’s such a stunning wedding and in the world of wedding blogs, magazines and Pinterest, it stands out as being truly original which is no mean feat.

I’ll pass you over to Lauren who is here on RMW for the last time to share her wedding day with you all…thank you Lauren for being such a fun and honest Real Bride and we wish you and James all the very best for the future.

Charlotte & Kevin

This is one of those really pretty weddings, that manages to be elegant and rustic at the same time – which is actually not that easy if you think about it. But Charlotte & Kevin knew that their venue Newton Hall, was the perfect place to combine those two things.

We’re swooning over the pastel flowers, which seem to be tumbling over every surface imaginable, the bone china tea cups, the jam jar cocktails, the Dessy Bridesmaids dresses in sorbet shades, and Charlotte’s subtle bronze lined gown, Penelope by Watters, which is fabulous.

The perfect gown for swooshing on the beach in, which is exactly what she did. And the light in those beach portrait images by Sarah Jane Ethan? It’s just beautiful.

Lottie & Oli

There is something so pure about a white colour scheme, it really is classic & timeless. Lottie & Oli have managed to compliment Owen House Wedding Barn perfectly with this neutral colour palette and in keeping with it’s rustic charm dressed it with simple but elegant DIY hessian table runners, paper lanterns, fairy lights and candles to give it a romantic ambience.

Lottie really is a beautiful bride, you would never know she’d only given birth 4 months previous as she looks absolutely stunning in her Watters ‘Jacinda’ lace & tulle gown and doesn’t look at all sleep deprived! Together they all make the perfect family & the pictures of them all together are absolutely adorable *swoon*.

I am also absolutely in LOVE with the genius idea of adding pic’s instead of place name cards, it would have been quite funny rolling up to your seat seeing an image of yourself and then there’s the neck ties, but I won’t spoil anymore, you need to check it out!
