Inspiration

A teepee for wedding in the gorgeous Worcestershire countryside with foliage decor and fairy light lined pathways creating a romantic cosy feel. The classic church ceremony was followed by a wedding breakfast in the tipi where foliage table runners and candles decorated the tables alongside the table centerpieces that the bride, an art teacher, had painted herself (along with the stationery too!). The bride looked beautifully elegant in a Luna Novias dress with lace detail teamed with a pinned updo and a blush bouquet, flanked by her bridal party wearing beaded grey bridesmaid dresses. It was a family affair with everyone helping out, from collecting vintage glass bottles and milk churns to the floral blush wedding cake, making everything that little bit more special!

What Made Our Day Unique

I adore the family element of our wedding, how everyone pulled together and flexed their creative muscle to make it all so pretty and perfect to us both. We'd say the food was high up there on our priority list. We wanted good flavoursome food and plenty of it. A formal meal just didn't seem to fit the bill of what we were after, we knew early on we wanted sharing platters

Teepee for Wedding

Originally thinking a barn wedding would be on the agenda for their big day, it wasn't until they saw Elmbridge Farm that they decided to have a cool teepee for wedding reception. The Worcestershire venue provided a romantic and cosy feel, littered with twinkly fairy lights lining the pathways. It was the perfect location for all their family from Wales to congregate and enjoy the special day!

Inspiration & Styling

We always wanted a happy, relaxed day. Owain loves rustic style and I’m a sucker for handmade details so we just picked all the things we liked without giving much thought to how it would all come together. Our wedding was in such a beautiful setting that it didn’t need much titillating to make it look special. We originally thought a barn wedding would be more favourable to us, however after view Elmbridge farm we chose teepees for our reception, we knew they would be perfect! We chose to get married in Elmbridge Farm, a small village in Worcestershire. We have both relocated here and it made sense geographically as both families would be traveling from either North Wales or South Wales to be with us.
